份量好多,分別都有三四件,牛根腩入晒味,牛腩唔韌易咬,牛根口感岩岩好,但又未淋到一pat野咁,有D煮到過左會林到鼻涕咁......
雖然我叫的係清湯,但其實牛根腩刺身個汁都會攸左湯底的一部分,所以個湯底都有少少腩汁,挺香的

念中學就已經常常來郭仔記吃車仔麵到現在都有十多年了味道沒變還是有一份兒時的味道今天去完看醫生經過時就想回味一下兒時的回憶就點了一個車仔麵和兩串陳皮魚蛋車仔麵我點了最愛的河粉配料有水魷魚、豆卜、金錢牛肚車仔麵我認為配臘汁是最適合的金錢牛肚入口軟滑咬下去不會太韌煮得十分入味魷魚就十分爽口配上辣汁簡直一流完全沒有腥味豆卜就無懈可擊因為豆卜吸收了辣汁的精華一口咬下去裡面的辣汁在口中噴出十分夠味夠味陳皮魚蛋就不用再說在大埔沒找到更出色的陳皮魚蛋現在很少有陳皮魚蛋因為陳皮魚蛋成本價高兩個仔記的陳皮魚蛋好吃又便宜配上秘製嘅辣汁真是回味無窮外賣唯一的缺點就是麵會吸收了湯汁回到家的時候湯汁就沒有了一大半若果湯和麵分開放效果會更好郭仔記粉麵餐廳地址:大埔大榮里42-44號美發大廈地下

就點了一個車仔麵和兩串陳皮魚蛋
車仔麵我點了最愛的河粉
配料有水魷魚、豆卜、金錢牛肚
車仔麵我認為配臘汁是最適合的
金錢牛肚入口軟滑
咬下去不會太韌
煮得十分入味
魷魚就十分爽口配上辣汁簡直一流
完全沒有腥味
豆卜就無懈可擊
因為豆卜吸收了辣汁的精華
一口咬下去
裡面的辣汁在口中噴出
十分夠味夠味
陳皮魚蛋就不用再說
在大埔沒找到更出色的陳皮魚蛋
現在很少有陳皮魚蛋
因為陳皮魚蛋成本價高
兩個仔記的陳皮魚蛋好吃又便宜
配上秘製嘅辣汁真是回味無窮

外賣唯一的缺點就是
麵會吸收了湯汁
回到家的時候湯汁就沒有了一大半
若果湯和麵分開放效果會更好

推薦一間在大埔的餐廳 郭仔記粥飯餐廳。我其實是想吃車仔麵才來的,尤其車仔麵有一些軟嫩的牛腩一直是我的最愛,加上他們的湯汁還有牛腩口味,所以就一定要來嘗鮮了。車仔麵的菜單一向很多樣,通常都是一張菜單點選一碗車仔麵,裏頭依照你喜歡的菜選擇加入變成湯料,配合不同的麵食,我比較愛吃較細的麵,所以選幼麵,湯料的部分當然一定要選最愛的牛腩跟肥牛了,再加上一些蘿蔔、鮑汁鳳爪等等,一碗料多味美的車仔麵就出現在眼前了。這牛腩煮到十分的軟嫩,而且牛肉與筋之間食起來直接化在口中,配著湯汁喝十分對味,搭配肥牛五花肉一起吃,就可以滿足兩種不一樣的牛肉口感了。醬汁還有其他三種可選,喜歡辣的可以嚐嚐他們的秘製辣汁!!整體來說這裡的車仔麵的湯料都十分的入味,牛肉也沒有煮老不容易咬的情況,肉料食材也相當實在。地點在大埔大榮里44號 C4-5 營業時間早上9點~凌晨12點30。非常推薦愛吃港式車仔麵小吃的人來食。

這牛腩煮到十分的軟嫩,而且牛肉與筋之間食起來直接化在口中,配著湯汁喝十分對味,搭配肥牛五花肉一起吃,就可以滿足兩種不一樣的牛肉口感了。
醬汁還有其他三種可選,喜歡辣的可以嚐嚐他們的秘製辣汁!!
整體來說這裡的車仔麵的湯料都十分的入味,牛肉也沒有煮老不容易咬的情況,肉料食材也相當實在。

食過唔少食肆嘅陳皮魚蛋,郭仔記都算榜上有名,足陳皮味,魚蛋口感又唔會淋,幾彈牙,配埋甜醬同豉油 可以食20粒,但燒賣就一般,可能蒸得耐。至於環境衛生同侍應態度就一般般,有待改進!

今日黎到大埔,因為未食lunch ,所以去到一間叫郭仔記粥麵專家食野,本身見佢個名以為食粥為主既粥舖,但入到去見十個十個都係叫車仔麵,好似車仔麵先係主打, 既然係咁我哋梗係都叫番個車仔麵食啦。我哋屋企食親車仔麵都係食河粉,所以河粉就係個膽嚟㗎喇,其他車仔餸,種類都好多,樣又好似好好食咁, 眼花繚亂都唔知食邊隻好 ,最尾其實我都係不停咁睇其他食客既車仔麵,睇下咩餸多人要,有啲咩好食我就簡嗰樣。最尾點左豬腸豬皮牛柏業河粉,另外仲點左豬腸粉,燒賣同魚蛋,飲品就要左紅豆冰,咁熱天氣岩晒喇。車仔麵真係有水準,每樣都好味,豬皮係咖喱豬皮,辣辣地好開胃。至於腸粉就唔算特別驚喜,因為最驚喜係陳皮魚蛋呀,喂依家想食陳皮魚蛋真係要揾架,唔係度度有。
