今日咁啱喺灣仔放工,朋友話想食串燒, search到呢間餐廳好評好多,而且見到價錢都唔貴,咁就一於嚟試吓啦。一嚟到,估唔到呢度嘅環境好靚,本身以為呢個價錢會係好嘈嘅串燒餐廳,估唔到竟然環境係高級嘅氣氛,同朋友都好有驚喜呀。首先,我哋試咗「燒銀雪魚」。呢道菜嘅銀雪魚非常鮮嫩,每一口都充滿咗魚嘅鮮味同油脂嘅香氣。燒得非常恰到好處,外皮微焦,內裡保持住嫩滑多汁嘅口感。銀雪魚嘅獨特風味,真係令人一試難忘。緊接住嘅係「秘製燒豆腐」。呢道豆腐嘅外皮非常香脆,內裡保持住嫩滑嘅口感。秘製嘅醬汁令到豆腐更加入味,每一口都充滿咗濃郁嘅風味。呢道菜嘅味道非常獨特,絕對係一個出色嘅小食。我覺得最值得讚賞嘅係「明太子燒飯團」。呢道燒飯團嘅米飯煮得非常香軟,每一口都充滿咗米飯嘅香氣。明太子嘅加入令到飯團更加有層次感,同米飯嘅香氣完美結合。呢道菜絕對係一個非常出色嘅選擇,令人回味無窮。呢間餐廳環境又好,而且食物價錢貴,服務仲好好添,同朋友已經講好咗下次都一定會嚟食呀。我覺得都好適合聚會或者拍拖,環境同氣氛都一流。 continue reading

雖然只係星期三,但都幾多人放工過嚟拮返串飲返杯呢度主打串燒,首先大胃一定會食白鱔,佢地燒到塊皮超脆,鱔肉鎖到好多肉汁牛脷心燒得激嫩,嫩到完全唔韌,紅蔥絲做點綴簡直醒味串燒食雞好閒,不過雞冠唔係度度有,冇諗過雞冠質感會係咁綿彈,七味粉調味更惹味西蘭花苗亦係好少見嘅款式,原來串燒咁食幾爽口食碟鹿兒島和牛,以冷盤他他形式咁食用更加爽口,又不失嚟自雪花嘅油香,點醬食更係畫龍點睛天婦羅有好多種,用粟米整嘅就真係稀罕啲,佢地勁有誠意咁拆開一粒粒粟米,再炸成一嚿嚿天婦羅,口感微脆且酥軟,好似食緊麵包咁,太神奇喇襯悶酒當然要有嘢送酒,酒盜芝士一定走唔甩,呢一碗勁爆多芝士用嚟𢳂喺脆多士上,嗰種層次令人無酒自醉最盞鬼係個玉子燒,竟然唔用蛋黃整,只用蛋白烹製,玉子燒質感嘅蛋白太奇妙喇,淡淡蛋香同明太子好夾酒水方面,大胃揀咗汽酒飲,gin tonic好有花香,比例剛好,酒香完全發揮到出嚟至於提子sour,果香比較突出,啱晒需要一點甜嘅苦命社畜 continue reading
