Randomly walked by this place as my friend was explaining to me the history of this restaurant. As it is a Family owned business, you can somewhat feel it from the vibe there. While this place is more expensive than nearby shops, but i think their roasted pork is the best. Crispy skin with succulent meat. Pair it with mustard and you get the perfect bite. If you order take away, they will puncture a hole in the take away box so that the skin stays crispy. I also appreciate how there's never been a time the skin has been overly roasted and turned black. It's always roasted to perfection. Char siu is also very delicious, with the honey charsiu sauce drizzling over, I always ask for more to mix in with my rice.

今日同老公又出黎行街, 幫屋企走左既仙人問少少野, 之後就去左食燒味飯。 諗唔到多食評既金源有不少棒場客, 由我地坐低到走,都不停有客人入黎堂食同外賣, 可想而知, lee到既燒味質數唔差。叉燒併油雞飯:油雞食唔到有雪味,d雞肉鬆軟, 唔會過老。叉燒半肥瘦,唔算鬆軟,我最愛既叉燒都係深水埗金華, 但金源叉燒算唔錯。燒肉併燒鴨飯:燒肉係脆唔會過咸, 但皮同肉分離左, 少少失望。燒鴨冇so味,皮脆而且醬料入味。44蚊有雙併飯跟餐有例湯,加3蚊有奶茶咖啡。老公話既奶茶出色, 確實係有茶味又唔會太澀。係抵食。

今早來紅磡,見到金源燒臘茶餐廳。當然一試啦!不過依傢就算舊式茶記都唔會平。但我都幾喜歡這類型舊式茶記。一入來就有個一班食開客人,好似朋友咁同樓面姐姐仔吹水。好親切!我叫左個叉燒面配腸仔蛋牛油方包。飲熱奶茶。就要$32!正常早餐價錢。但叉燒就燒得好靚。唔知係唔係早上即燒。面冇吸晒水,仲爽口!環境一定係又舊,台都舊舊,非常有歷史感覺。但人不數太多,可能比較早關係。地下都好干淨,所以坐得好舒服!如有機會大家可以來一試。

腸仔太陽蛋叉燒湯意粉,內外全熱油腸略咸,能炸得乾爽皮脆就更開心咯。蛋箍煎蛋圓圓好靚仔,蛋底焦香微脆,蛋白嫩嫩的。白菜太生,咬落生水味而帶澀,爽爽硬掘掘,我要腍腍的甜甜甜的汁汁的。叉燒切得厚薄一致,排得整齊美觀,賣相吸引。厚切叉燒好咸啊,浸到最後味道正常微甜,結實不軟。雞湯特濃跟通粉湯底一樣,意粉滑彈高質新鮮生猛,不粉不腍,連湯齊啜極美味。


炸雞髀多士,金髮嬸嬸提醒新鮮生炸要點時間呢,可以無緊要,最重要好味道。多士新鮮烘出,熱騰騰香噴噴,外脆內軟,高質到忍唔住食晒。生炸無欺場無偷懶,熱力迫人無得輝!雞皮乾爽脆卜卜,大啖一咬扯熱到燙嘴雞汁噴射!雞甜味出眾,啖啖嫩肉醃味十足,骨頭都損得乾乾淨淨,非常出色。


火腿煎蛋豬扒多士,香煎五香豬扒十分有質素,比合記香草煎豬扒更好身材更色香味,不油不肥膩,肉質結實微彈帶肉汁。紅腸炒蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,即做炒蛋滑滑溜,厚身蛋香味濃,非常滿意無投訴。還諗住起碼給我荷包蛋,點知係全熟蛋添,陰功。一早煎定微暖焦香,好采唔係放得太耐,仍感受到少量生命力。


紅腸太陽蛋煎雞扒出前一丁,真新鮮生煮出前一丁,即叫即煮原汁原味,爽彈嫩滑無比,跟湯齊煮吸盡湯汁精華程亮麗奪目淺啡色,入口爆湯熱燙,香甜味美充滿生命力。蛋漿掛麵齊齊啜,湯甜蛋美麵彈亙動增幅,小宇宙燃燒到極限,可能係世界上最夾的極樂味道!腸仔太陽蛋牛扒多士,見叔叔將牛扒走完油再煎,乸牛腍腍醃味濃,蛋漿牛扒牛油多士,齊齊咬!多士鬆脆索一聲,太美味喇!


餐肉太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,鬆軟白麵包,搽得牛油滿滿幼滑甜美。厚厚沙嗲汁撈撈湯麵勁清爽香甜,沙嗲味完全滲入嚥韌牛肉內,讓熱熱丁麵捲住嘆,滋味無窮,還有爽甜菜芯作伴。腸仔太陽蛋吉列魚柳湯烏冬,勁淡雞湯底,可能因為淡口烏冬溝淡少少。即食普通烏冬,煮得出色烚得彈滑夠時間,不粉不硬可口滿意滑嘟嘟。勁脆勁薄吉列魚柳,食到魚味,當食餅乾,味道唔錯。


鮮牛肉湯通粉,諗得太理想,還以為會是原汁原味無鬆過牛肉呢。眼前的腍劈劈滑嘟嘟,假味鬆牛唔難食。雞粉湯底夠濃郁,洒上大量胡椒粉點綴一下,辛辣驅寒暖胃,味道極好。


西煎牛扒出前一丁,牛扒醃味與質地跟大昌、百佳的黑椒牛扒百份百一樣,鬆到滑潺潺腍劈劈,味道微香微辣超級油淋淋,港式蠻可愛蠻可口。師傅煮丁麵的手藝直迫合記,就連伴碟的白菜仔都爽甜鮮嫩,不苦不澀,一絲不苟。


太陽蛋豬扒出前一丁,五香煎豬扒,絕對美味多汁鬆化好好食,有點焗豬的影子,豬甜撞上清爽五香醃料,拍手叫好食得過。辣油有著桂林辣椒油的遺傳,夠咸夠香夠味,微辣合格,添點風味,生息不少。


煙肉太陽蛋五香肉丁出前一丁,香煎煙肉咸香出色,不肥膩不乾硬,爽彈脂肪,嚥韌瘦肉。大大粒五香肉丁,沒肥膏啖啖肉,辛辣味濃夠惹味,麵條掛湯連油再捲肉,啜得我欲罷不能。紅腸太陽蛋煎雞扒出前一丁,大量無得頂極甜翠嫩芥蘭,多謝叔叔師傅。香煎雞扒醃味濃郁,味道出眾可口,雞皮香滑黏彈,雞肉白滑水潤多汁富嚼勁,滿分無投訴。


太陽蛋吉列豬扒出前一丁,超巨大吉豬,難怪沒有提供餐腿蛋選擇咯,無緊要我自己加錢要多隻太陽蛋,最愛食雞蛋,連凍齋啡 $36 十分抵食,滿足飽飽。最愛薄薄幼麵包糠,粗麵包糠會太粗太硬太刮口。麵包味太濃烈蓋過豬扒味,外層勁鬆脆香口新鮮熱辣,鎖住肉汁,真味無乸過五香豬扒香甜霸道,超水準質彈牙有咬口。浸湯吃別具特色,半濕半脆滲著湯汁。丁麵有點生不夠熟,爽就真的非常爽,不過趙到索索聲夾雜少少脆喎。


火腿太陽蛋雪菜肉絲出前一丁,火腿煎過更加香氣飄飄,有誠意無偷懶。雪菜肉絲居然炒過,咸鮮味道非凡,異常香口爽爽滲汁。讓爽彈麵條掛著吃,每口清爽咸香醒腦醒神。餐肉太陽蛋炸雞中翼出前一丁,香煎厚餐肉外脆內嫩,鬆軟水潤,肉香油香出眾美味,兩片軟塾餐肉比合記乾硬油更美味甘香,棉棉肥美不乾不硬,多汁豬肉美味。新鮮炸起雞中翼,香脆鬆化強蒜味,醃味濃濃可口,肥美脹卜卜,肉嫩多汁高檔。


雙太陽蛋炸雞扒出前一丁,煎雞扒天堂般美味,炸雞扒強咸受不了!用滾湯洗洗舒服得多,極脆雞皮在焦燶邊緣,雞肉外層硬化帶乾。失手太陽蛋煮過熟呢,幸好還留有點點蛋黃漿,甘香依舊,蛋香十分焦香微脆。琴晚發夢食沙嗲牛麵,忍唔住早餐要整返碗先得!

原本今日係去街尾某間特色既餐廳既,但係去到,似乎已經執咗啦,因為好似成棟樓既鋪頭都冇開。講返金源燒腊茶餐廳啦,因為似乎佢已經冇乜對手啦(起碼呢條街啦)!睇睇餐牌,又唔想食燒腊,於是就將眼球投向啲中式炒飯麵啦,因為原本今日個胃唔係諗住裝燒腊嘛。結果揀了香橙雞扒飯啦…等了一陣,在我後面叫燒腊既都開始食得啦,我叫既都未到。無他既,我自己傻啫!重點到了,香橙雞扒飯到了,碟飯未放上張枱,已經聞到強烈既橙酸味,睇清楚,佢真係有橙,一粒粒既橙,個廚真係好心機,我明白為何要等啦,心機野,又要搣橙皮,又要切,仲要難搵呀嘛,如果唔係新鮮橙,係唔會酸既。我相信佢地已經落返好多糖黎戥返衡,但都係好酸,如果啲汁少返啲,我一定會食晒既,可惜,結果我…都係冇依食啦。除了汁(多同埋酸)之外,雞扒呢…係…抵讚既,佢唔係燒,佢唔係煎,佢係炸,仲要係炸鹽酥雞喎,真係估佢唔到啦!係 Good 既,唔油膩,夠香脆。服務方面,呢到係做街坊生意既,個姨姨同啲人客閒話家常,又好有禮貌咁問我:「要唔要湯呀?」40零蚊既午餐,可以接受呀。

A very local eatery. They have two stores on the same road so when we went to the main store and they had no seats we were asked to go two shops down where there was more seats. We ordered a bitter melon and fish rice. The fish had a nice batter to it and together with the sauce and bitter melon it was a delight. The chinese vegetables tasted great too. The tofu and fish rice tasted unfortunately very bland Both dishes came with free soup which was nice

홍함에 택배 물건을 찾으러 가다가 배가 고프길레 먹은 슈욕 까이 판!!!밖에서 봤을때 유리쪽에 걸려있는 슈욕이랑 까이가 무척 먹음직 스러 보여 그냥 시간도 없고 배고프니 먹어보자 생각하고 무작정 슈욕까이 판을 시켜봤습니다. 음식점이 그냥 골목안에 허름하니 그닥 신용이가지 않는 느낌을 줬지만 유리쪽 걸려있는!! 고기때문에 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 암튼 ..! 일하시는 아주머니께서 아주 시크하게 국물도 먹을레? 라고 하시길레 탱큐라 하며 먼저 통 을 먹었는데!! 뭐!! 이런맛이 할 정도 진한 국맛! 괜찮다 라고 생각 하는 순간 슈욕까이판이 나왔습니다. 두근거리며 먼저 수욕(껍질이 바삭한 삼겹살)을 먹었는데 지금까지 홍콩에 와서 먹어본 수욕중에 몇 손가락 안에 들 정도로! 괜찮은 맛!! 그리고 까이( 삶은 닭) 은 쫌 오버쿡 느낌.. 그리고 같이가는 여자친구의 챠슈(홍콩식 돼지 바비큐)를 뺗어먹어봣는데!!! 진심 레알 정말로 그렇게 맛있는 차슈는 처음이었습니다. 진심 혹시 홍콩에 음식을 먹고싶음분들!!

26 May 香橙豬扒飯, 豬扒是大量的, 走油後口感仍然Juicy,最令自已覺得佢地夠認真的是個汁, 用上半個橙去做這汁, 雖然個汁較酸但真橙做嘅汁少少酸都可以接受嘅! 但如果唔接受食飯同時食到暖橙的話這可能不是一個恰當嘅選擇, 香橙汁嘅份量則完全可以蓋過整個飯面!

01 June 梅菜蒸鲩魚, 兩條菜加上梅菜兩樣菜都有, 梅菜的咸味被糖的甜味中和了, 魚是魚腩位置相當大舊, 蒸的時間剛剛好魚肉緊熟, 豉油汁帶點魚嘅鮮甜味係呢個餸嘅精髓!
