琴日一心諗住到九龍城食潮州菜,因為聽聞好多間都好好味,咁就嘗試用Openrice搵下邊間好,就搵到哩間好評如潮,但係就無詳細咁睇個內容係真係假。如是者,入到去個環境都可以接受,安排左我地兩個人坐係一個門前面,被逼要兩個人坐格離,無得面對面坐,因為就係要就佢地上落,咁點解係度要放張長方枱?真心唔明白。無所謂啦,咁就叫左個蠔餅,滷水鵝片,麻辣田雞煲。首先講下蠔餅,講真未食高咁厚粉,完全無香味蠔餅,未食過咁難食。第二講下鵝片,講真好似食緊豬肉咁,完全搞唔掂。第三,麻辣田雞煲,田雞味 同辣味是分離,田雞係新鮮,但係煮出黎個味,個個都煮到。食唔曬打包,店員問點解食唔曬,就答翻佢難食,咁當然佢會維護翻自己鋪啦,都明白既,無下次。

感覺舒適又夠地道,下次到九龍城可能未必揀泰國野食,因為可以食【鎔記潮洲飯店】呢,又有訓選擇。價錢公道,食物都有水準。最重要服務態度好,咁就食得開心又會回頭啦。

六月二十九日老公生日,潮州人當然安排吃潮州菜,九龍城是最多選擇,今次有別以往,不選出名的那間,而選擇了小店子,有意外驚喜😍我們一行三人晚上六時半到達小店,因為是星期一,所以店內的食客不多,老闆娘熱情招待,給我們三人安排坐了一張比較大的枱子,好讓我們坐得舒服些。我們選了五味小菜,第一樣當然是招牌滷水鵝片,鵝片滷水味不錯,滷水鵝片底下的滷水豆腐味道更佳,第二味當然是招牌菜煎豪餅,蠔仔大大粒極之新鮮,味道是我食過咁多次潮州菜最好的。第三味是椒鹽豆腐,這味餸十分有驚喜,豆腐外脆內軟,而且碟頭很大, 好抵食。第四味是香煎牙帶魚,除咗稍為骨多外無可挑剔。最後一味是沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭,沙嗲嘅醬汁同牛肉十分陪配色香味俱全食了五味餸再加汽水都是$450落樓,三個人都食唔晒還要打包,真是超值之選

放工行左去九龍城食野 呢邊除左泰國菜多之外仲有好多潮州菜一去到好有潮州既味道 門口放滿鹵水店員好快手就上左小菜同埋茶韭菜豬紅非常大碟,有好多豬紅而且好夠味同滑,湯汁辣辣地。呢碟係我地全晚最愛鹵水拼盤(大)鹵水如鵝腸、鵝腎、紅腸、墨魚、豬頸肉、豬大腸等都有,一碟完全滿足到我想食打冷既心炸蠔餅炸粉岩岩好,唔會食落去成口粉而食唔到蠔,蠔味亦夠鮮。我同朋友都覺得唔使點魚露滷水鵝鵝肉厚薄適中,而且夠滑。墊底的豆腐吸收晒滷水嘅精華!粉絲雜菜煲入面仲放左少少蝦乾,令個煲更添鮮味

今晚約了前同事去九龍城食潮州菜,唔好以為得泰國菜,其實潮州菜都有好地方韮菜豬紅真心正,啡色小方磚好吸引,豬紅補血,而且很滑口,仲有韮菜很翠綠,新鮮,湯汁辣辣地,好惹味鹵水細拼都很豐富,熱上的,鵝腸很多很爽口,大墨魚片切花,豬大腸夠肥美,豬肚切件很厚身,豬耳亦都不容錯過,很有口感,點上 鹵水汁很正。炸蠔餅很大份,出色的是蠔仔分佈平均,每一口都係蠔呀,炸粉鬆脆,一定要襯熱食,蠔仔非常飽滿結實,富蛋白質,點上魚露即時提鮮。煲仔芥蘭成煲上,滋滋聲,芥蘭很新鮮翠綠,切成不同條狀,食落得爽口,鮮甜無苦味,加上咸鮮的蝦乾,令到煲仔菜生色不少,蝦醬味濃,極具鑊氣
