今日收工過咗嚟九龍城搵食😋,九龍城咁多嘢食都唔知點揀好😖,行吓行吓見到間食潮州打冷,於是朋友話入去試吓🤩。講到潮州菜,我哋第一個諗起韭菜豬紅,豬紅好滑,下面仲有好多好入味嘅韭菜,個汁辣辣地,食完一舊又一舊😋補左好多血👍🏻。另外叫左花生鳳爪,味道略嫌淡,唔夠入味,鳳爪好淋身。芽菜豆卜,芽菜好爽口,豆卜好入味。煎魚豆豉炆苦瓜,最鍾意夠苦嘅苦瓜😍,魚煎得好香口,魚肉好滑,而且冇乜骨👍🏻👍🏻🐠。當然唔少得滷水拼盤,拼盤有滷水鵝,紅腸,生腸,粉腸,豬大腸,墨魚,鵝腸等等,非常之入味呀🥰,份量好多👍🏻。最後有個潮州伊面,建議配上糖同醋食,兩邊煎得好香口,簡單嘅一道菜色,出奇地好味😋😋。

最後有個潮州伊面,建議配上糖同醋食,
兩邊煎得好香口,簡單嘅一道菜色,出奇地好味😋😋

今晚到九龍城吃潮州菜樓上樓下都有座位,適合大夥人聚會各式小菜招牌滷水上菜前先有餐前小食開開胃入味豬紅,血腥味不重份量多。雖然我平時不吃豬紅,但這個我接受口感很好,不會太厚實,也不會一夾就散。朋友平時愛吃豬紅也大讚出色韭菜同樣入味!除了鵝肉之外,皮也很重要,這個鵝皮充滿彈性,而且滷水很入味又不過鹹。鵝肉同樣入味蠔餅非常酥脆!不會炸成「大板燒」的樣子。蠔肉真的大大粒!而且新鮮。很滿足的一餐,下次也會和朋友來吃

一連兩星期光顧這店,今次再臨主要是因為被之前一次蠔餅及油浸筍壳魚吸引!但,好可惜!蠔餅份量少了一半,而諗住再Encor 油浸筍壳魚都要cancel ,等足一個半小時條魚都未煑!當晩是星期日,老闆娘係咪入唔夠貨,廚房每碟菜的份量都比上一次少成三份一。一餐飯入面,聽到老闆娘不停大聲喝伙記快啲做、快啲做!伙記們辛苦又受氣⋯⋯另外,我們又點了香煎牙帶魚(因為朋友喜歡食牙帶魚所以兩次晚餐都叫左牙帶魚)牙帶魚肉質實在有啲梅,又凍又不是脆口,還有一個蠔仔粥,大家唔好再叫!八分水加二份粥,冇方魚、肉碎,好似飲緊蠔水🥴全晚晚餐唯一可以合格只有豬紅韭菜!環境方面,一般般!還可接受。如果水準是因為人流多或食物準備不足,建議真係要改善一下!當晚八個人叫咗八個餸,四枝啤酒,埋單每位$100元左右價錢尚算大眾化!
