朋友介紹了九龍城這間新開的鎔記潮州飯店,位置方便很容易找到。一進門口,地方不算很大,但食物應有盡有,立即拿手機拍照。餐牌上的菜單種類很多,除了潮州菜、粥外,還有小菜火鍋等,最後還是決定先試一試打冷必點的菜式韭菜豬紅上菜時已經聞到香味,豬紅很入味,有咬口、嫩滑沒有怪味,配上韭菜十分開胃滷水鵝件師傅刀工很好,啖啖肉,不會像外面的有很多碎骨,滷水汁的味道也很正宗,配上醋來送飯一流田雞鍋這個超香,大量炒香的香料,配上滑溜的田雞,咸淡度控制得剛剛好,濃味得來又不會太咸,正!這次人不多試不到太多菜,看到別人在吃火鍋,那些牛肉也很新鮮,下次可以再來一試!

每次講起九龍城,第一時間想起泰國菜,原來在密集的泰國餐廳中,隱藏了一間主打潮州菜的餐廳ヽ(*´∀`)ノ環境與一般的潮州菜館差不多,雖然較細但也有大枱,適合一大班朋友來聚會喔。第一個熱辣辣上菜是芽菜豆卜,芽菜與豆卜是完美的配搭,豆卜吸滿湯汁,與芽菜一口吃下去,很多湯汁,味道清新又健康。第二個登場是潮州菜必叫的鹵水鵝件,肉汁豐富,鹵水汁入味,但鵝件有點難咬開,而底下的豆腐反而覺得不錯很入味。椒鹽九肚魚,外脆香口,肉質嫩滑,但吃時要小心骨頭喔。鳳爪豬手,很大的一碟,豬手和鳳爪很淋不難咬口,但味道有點咸。原來有火煱的~下次可以試試

好耐無黎九龍城,諗住行下買下泰國野咁,途中發現有間新開嘅潮州菜館,就睇下呢間啲野掂唔掂先!打開餐牌一睇,有好多款潮州菜式揀,價錢都好相宜。我地今次叫左五樣野,其中一樣係外賣拎走嘅。第一樣就係滷水拼盤,呢碟拼盤真係乜都有,平時係其他地方都未必有咁多樣野你食,而且份量又夠,性價比好高呀,滷嘅野又夠入味,唔會有個種滷過龍太鹹嘅感覺,好掂呀!緊隨其後嘅有韮菜豬紅,唔會好辣,直頭連湯汁都飲埋,豬紅同韮菜都好入味,唔怕食豬紅嘅話就十分推薦呢個。跟住豉汁炒蜆都唔錯,多肉唔會得個殼,炒得好好。我地仲叫左螄蚶,相信呢樣野唔係咁多人夠膽食,但呢個真係好正,吃個不停,店員會提供埋工具方便你開黎食。最後我地仲叫埋個反沙芋拎走,真係整得好靚。呢間下次要再食過先得!

來到九龍城吃晚飯,很多人都會選擇來吃泰國菜,其實這裡有很多臥虎藏龍的潮州菜館,特別是這一間,鎔記潮州飯店。這間店是最近新開張的,平常去附近創某的潮州菜館有時都會悶,就試一試這間新店的實力是否到位。說到潮州菜式,當然少不得潮州打冷吧。在店外已經看到很多打冷常見的食材高高掛著,進入店內更是不得了,你會看到不同的煎魚、蝦等海鮮已經準備好隨時大派用場,望到都不禁吞了一啖口水。這次我們點了不少傳統潮州菜式,現在為大家逐一介紹。首先,韭菜豬紅很多店鋪都能夠吃得到,但要煮得入味而又好吃的,相信為數不多,這間店用的湯汁我以為是很辣,原來不是,光是喝都已經很好喝了,煮得恰到好處又夠入味。接下來就是滷水拼盤,內有不少食材,例如鵝肉,墨魚,紅腸等等,份量夠多,而且滷得入味,性價比超高。另外特別要提的就是涼瓜炆倉魚,這道菜令平時不吃涼瓜的我都敢去吃,而且吃個不停,倉魚的油脂香真的回味無窮,真的令我對涼瓜改觀了。據了解,原來這間店的廚師是煮潮州菜式的老師傅,經驗老道,令客人吃到正宗潮州好味道。

這次我們點了不少傳統潮州菜式,現在為大家逐一介紹。首先,韭菜豬紅很多店鋪都能夠吃得到,但要煮得入味而又好吃的,相信為數不多,這間店用的湯汁我以為是很辣,原來不是,光是喝都已經很好喝了,煮得恰到好處又夠入味。

接下來就是滷水拼盤,內有不少食材,例如鵝肉,墨魚,紅腸等等,份量夠多,而且滷得入味,性價比超高。

另外特別要提的就是涼瓜炆倉魚,這道菜令平時不吃涼瓜的我都敢去吃,而且吃個不停,倉魚的油脂香真的回味無窮,真的令我對涼瓜改觀了。

,滷水鵝係店舖嘅招牌小菜!上碟真的有成大半隻鵝,鵝髀位置 肉質相當鮮嫩😋 而且仲系豆腐底,分量十足哈哈!點對了菜🥰

椒鹽九肚魚

外表炸成金黃色的,入口外脆,而最讓人驚喜的是裡面的肉口感非常幼滑,口感像綿花般在口中溶化開去,食完第一件就已經停吾到口😍 值得推薦給大家!

芽菜豆腐份量好多,芽菜爽,豆腐又嫩口~

椒鹽九肚魚炸至外皮香脆,入口好似食炸薯條一樣咁爽脆,而且魚肉很嫩滑,又冇骨。
麻辣田雞煲,呢個都好得;田雞十分嫩滑,入面既洋蔥都好入味,價錢又唔貴~

OVERALL 坐得舒服, 價錢非常合理, 下次可以同屋企人黎!

平時去開九龍城食飯,多數都係食泰菜,其實潮州菜都好好味,所以今天決定揾潮州菜館醫肚。行到鎔記門口,見佢非常光猛,而且是新開的,即管一試。坐下即刻招呼,夥記問你飲茶定水,計而介詔菜式,原來這位係老闆娘,話招牌菜係韮菜豬紅,就好,就要一份,另外唔少得梗係要鹵水鵝,元朗烏頭一條。本來還想叫,但老闆娘話唔好叫咁多住,怕D餸會凍,慢慢食完再叫。餸菜上得都好快,而且份量十足,好彩只叫了3樣,真係要慢慢食。首先韮菜非常嫩滑,完全無渣,直得一讚。條烏頭起碼一斤重,鹵水鵝例牌差不多有1/4只咁多,而墊底的豆腐都非常滑。差不多食完,老闆娘話不如清清地炒個菜,佢話我們食得太多肉,要食菜平衡下,咁佢揸主意幫我們炒咗碟荷豆,食落清甜爽口,直得一讚。最後我們還試了潮州出名的綠豆爽,多料唔甜,正。
