我哋今日去咗新蒲崗,陳儀興飯店食晚餐,呢間老字號我諗大部份人鍾意打啦食潮州嘢嘅都會試過,呢間可以話係總店,所以今日帶埋爸爸媽媽嚟回味爸爸最鍾意食凍魚所以我哋叫咗潮州馬友魚,魚油好香濃,魚又大條又多肉,啖啖肉,加埋靈魂醬汁,仲encore左一條另外仲叫咗鵝腸拼鵝肝,秘製滷水汁真係好正,舊鋪果然零舍唔同,可能因為老師傅,首先底層係豆腐,面頭鋪滿滷水鵝腸同埋滷水鵝肝附上menu鵝肝係入口即溶,食左好多塊都唔覺得油膩,鵝腸有肥有瘦,食鵝肝一定係要食多肥膏,又唔係成日食,破戒一次打冷一定要飲汽水,呢度嘅汽水仲係玻璃樽裝,懷舊!

今日突然阿爸👨阿媽👵🏻想食潮州菜,於是就陪佢哋一齊去到新蒲崗「陳義興飯店」食🌙晚飯,雖然呢間飯店的裝修較為簡樸,但係店員嘅親和力很好👍,會時不時問你想食啲咩,同埋問你食物味道好唔好。以便日後可以作改善。喺「陳儀興飯店」食嘢嘅經驗中,我最鍾意食佢嘅「蠔餅」🦪,外面炸到金黃色,口感非常鬆化,裏面也有不少𧐢仔,而且咬落去味道鮮美,整體味道很好😋「馬友」魚 ,油脂分布平均,肉質呈白色,魚肉入口嫩滑,吃時加些豆醬,更顯鮮味。「水煮滑牛肉」,喜歡吃辣🌶️一定喜愛,調味豐富,很惹味,牛肉煮得夠冧,配料有雲耳、芽菜、薯粉等。其他仲有「滷水鵝件」及「鵝肝鵝腸」鵝腸夠爽口,分量適中。另外仲有佢哋嘅「圓肉紅棗薏米水」,清甜好飲😋

「馬友」魚 ,油脂分布平均,肉質呈白色,魚肉入口嫩滑,吃時加些豆醬,更顯鮮味。

「水煮滑牛肉」,喜歡吃辣🌶️一定喜愛,調味豐富,很惹味,牛肉煮得夠冧,配料有雲耳、芽菜、薯粉等。

其他仲有「滷水鵝件」及「鵝肝鵝腸」鵝腸夠爽口,分量適中。另外仲有佢哋嘅「圓肉紅棗薏米水」,清甜好飲😋
