疫情反復,社交距離收緊,晚飯不能堂食。自家菜餸雖說健康,少油少鹽少糖 ,但來來回回都是老媽的幾個菜式,吃都吃到悶。老媽也苦惱,不知做什麼菜式才合我們的口味。星期六下午到佐敦辦事,經過 寶靈街寶安大廈,看到陶園燒臘飯店的燒鵝,叉燒剛出爐,賣相令人垂涎三尺。於是要了半斤叉燒和燒鵝下莊。燒鵝下莊($130)覺得味道跟出名的深井燒鵝可以比較,醃漬的時間長,加上各種香料,鵝的味道琳琅發揮出來,肉質鮮嫩,我們欲罷不休,大家爭先恐後,三兩下幾塊鵝下莊就給解決掉了,还後悔買少了。叉燒($40)顏色平實,師傅給了全瘦的,對講究健康人士來說,瘦叉燒是首選。 相比起燒鵝,叉燒軟滑香甜,啖啖肉,既甜了嘴巴,又吃得開心。家裡如要加餸,不想自己花時間在煮食上,可以考慮陶園燒臘飯店的燒腊。

另外叉燒燒得岩岩好,外面脆入面軟,吾會好乾好老先最好味,而且價錢好合理,一大盒先40元,真超值。

早幾日放工就去左斬左啲燒味返屋企,有朋友推介呢間餐廳,小編去到個陣都見到好多人買燒味飯😳,相信老字號品質都有保證🐽 油雞半隻 $70叫左半隻但份量都好夠3個人食,見到圖都個知道啖啖肉,好香豉油味,煮到好入味但又唔會過鹹🤤,而雞肉大部份都嫩滑,尤其係脾位😍🐽叉燒 $40另外仲斬左啲叉燒,呢度既叉燒蜜汁味非常香,返屋企既途中啲香味飄下飄下😆,我冇特別要求肥定瘦叉,見佢比既係瘦叉為多,雖然係瘦,但肉質好夠淋,而且仲有燶邊,加上香甜既汁,真心覺得做得唔錯🤩
