Restaurant: 集眾菜館
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚到了集眾菜館食飯,叫了大班兩只味、花甲水蛋、`菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉和魚湯烏冬。感覺好好味,沒有味精。特別是咕嚕肉,非常鬆脆,令人回味無窮。再加上食材新鮮,我下次一定會再來。

早前經過太子, 見到有間新既小菜館新開(試業中), 所以同屋企人過黎試下菜, 開頭以為新開冇咩人黎食, 但係坐低冇耐, 就差唔多全場爆滿!  鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉, 呢個堅正, 一路食, 一路覺得個汁咁得意, 成日一條條絲咁, 睇返餐牌原來個名係"拔絲"咕嚕肉, 另外, 後尾偷聽到侍應向隔離枱介紹, D咕嚕肉係新鮮豬肉整, 唔怪得食落特別好食啦!鐵板薑蔥桶蠔, 桶蠔整得唔好, 好鬼腥, 個鐵板上菜時滋滋聲都知係好野!!!外脆內軟~~~避風塘炒蟹, 平時好少叫呢味餸, 因為覺得得個碟大, 但又冇乜肉, 但係見到個侍應拎左隻新鮮蟹推介俾隔離枱, 新鮮生猛, 又大件頭, 所以唔執損都叫返隻試下, 一試, 新鮮蟹真係果然係唔同D.上湯芥蘭, 老媽子食唔到硬野, 但又想食芥蘭, 落單個時吩咐煮淋D, 以為最終出黎會黃甘甘, 點知又OK喎, 翠綠又淋身!古法蝦子柚皮, 柚皮呢家野, 唔係度度有得食, 老媽子話試下, OK喎, 以為有d澀澀地既味, 又唔係喎, 有種清新口感, 個汁食落同個柚皮好夾!金薯蜜椒安格斯牛柳粒,  金薯香口, 牛柳粒份量足又大粒, 正!
