To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前睇過報導介紹呢間食店嘅咕嚕肉非常出名, 碟碟都係老闆親自炒, 如果炒得唔好仲會掉咗再炒過。今晚訂咗枱同一個非常鍾意咕嚕肉嘅朋友嚟試吓。到達時老闆娘俾咗一張周圍都擺哂貨嘅枱我哋, 我哋寧願等下一張枱, 喺附近行吓, 老闆娘好好人, 差唔多時間打電話俾我哋! 鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉雖然有期望, 但咕嚕肉果然名不虛傳, 外脆內軟。豬肉全部係瘦肉, 但一啲都唔韌。不過菠蘿有啲酸。避風塘尿蝦肉賴尿蝦已經剝好肉, 方便易食。鐵板薑蔥桶蠔啲蠔都算肥美。

所有餸係好食,本來諗住同家人相約第2次再去幫襯,但最後覺得你地對客既態度好差囉,反而你地啲熟客就慢慢食慢慢傾偈,我地呢啲生客就要俾人鬧俾人趕,你地出菜既速度都係好慢囉,食左成千二蚊覺得你有雞有翅係好抵食,但食到俾人鬧真係第一次,亦唔會有第二次,我真係返到屋企嬲到要寫評論囉!

去年年尾(好像是12月聖誕節之前)幫趁過一次,對其咕嚕肉念念不忘,今天朋友話食小炒,立即建議去這間位於太子的小店,好讓我再回味她的咕嚕肉。上檯了,咕嚕肉熱辣辣,味道保持水準,那微脆的皮面,令包著的豬肉仍保留肉汁,老闆娘說他們是用新鮮豬肉,因為味道會比較理想,另外他的汁做到拔絲的效果,再加上新鮮菠蘿,這一碟份量不算少的招牌咕嚕肉才賣$98,我個人覺得物超所值,令我回味無窮之餘,更是所有客人的必點菜式,真心推介。

由於附近吃開的小菜舖還未啟市,於是求其找一間,後悔!上菜慢,當時差不多是晚上九時,點菜後也都要等20多分鐘,最後催侍應食物才送上。芥茉牛柳粒只是和暖,一點也不熱,牛柳粒旁邊的核桃淋又唔脆原先想點避風塘瀨尿蝦肉,誰知沒瀨尿蝦;店員建議改為避風塘中蝦,又無其他潮州菜,所以冇問價錢下也回應說好,因為瀨尿蝦價錢是$198,相信中蝦也不會貴過這個價錢,誰知埋單的時候,才知道這道菜要200多元,雖然蝦的味道及肉質是不錯,可是只有七隻,在初六新年期間是很不好的意頭😑也有點貴蒜蓉炒菜心,來到就像白灼菜心一樣,蒜頭很貴嗎?不會再有機會來!

上月於菜館開張不久,經朋友介紹食過一次之後,回味無窮。特別係鮮菠蘿拔絲咕噜肉,一試難忘。終於等到另一半boxing day有空撑枱脚,一定要帶佢去食一次。因為得兩個人,食唔倒幾多野。除咗必叫咕嚕肉之外,老闆娘介紹甘薯甜椒牛柳粒,雞油炒豆胚,最後我地再叫多一個頭抽炒麵。飽到上心口。每道菜都feel到廚師好用心煮,唔喺hea做。菜館生意非常好,大家去之前最好打電話去訂位,好彩我地食"早"飯,走嘅時候,全菜館滿座,門口仲有6、7個人在等位。在現今社會氣氛,菜館又位於高危地區,算唔錯喇。已與另一半約定,要試晒"必食推介"菜單上的每一道菜。

因為得兩個人,食唔倒幾多野。除咗必叫咕嚕肉之外,老闆娘介紹甘薯甜椒牛柳粒,雞油炒豆胚,最後我地再叫多一個頭抽炒麵。飽到上心口。
每道菜都feel到廚師好用心煮,唔喺hea做。

菜館生意非常好,大家去之前最好打電話去訂位,好彩我地食"早"飯,走嘅時候,全菜館滿座,門口仲有6、7個人在等位。
在現今社會氣氛,菜館又位於高危地區
,算唔錯喇。

已與另一半約定,要試晒"必食推介"菜單上的每一道菜。

柏樹街已經靜悄悄地變成美食聚腳地,涼皮、餃子、芋圓,衣家仲有呢間好味小炒,真心讚。鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉川味豬手鐵板雞什豉油皇鵝腸羊腩煲點了鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉、川味豬手、鐵板雞什、豉油皇鵝腸同埋羊腩煲,樣樣都好精彩。先講咕嚕肉,皮係脆嘅,考師傅功夫,出面唔係好多地方食到,菠蘿唔用罐頭用新鮮嘅,D汁少少拔絲feel,堅好食。川味豬手係冷盤,佢個汁好香,少少辣,好食。鐵板雞什要黎餸啤酒真係一流,值得一提嘅係佢有隻德國麥啤好好飲。豉油皇鵝腸用嘅鵝腸唔係一般出面食到嘅橡筋鵝腸,佢D鵝腸好新解好肥美,好味。羊腩煲都好足料,而且D羊腩應該唔係雪藏羊,所以份外好食。真心覺得呢間小炒值得再encore。

點了鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉、川味豬手、鐵板雞什、豉油皇鵝腸同埋羊腩煲,樣樣都好精彩。先講咕嚕肉,皮係脆嘅,考師傅功夫,出面唔係好多地方食到,菠蘿唔用罐頭用新鮮嘅,D汁少少拔絲feel,堅好食。川味豬手係冷盤,佢個汁好香,少少辣,好食。鐵板雞什要黎餸啤酒真係一流,值得一提嘅係佢有隻德國麥啤好好飲。豉油皇鵝腸用嘅鵝腸唔係一般出面食到嘅橡筋鵝腸,佢D鵝腸好新解好肥美,好味。羊腩煲都好足料,而且D羊腩應該唔係雪藏羊,所以份外好食。

聖誕節四圍都公眾活動,咪諗住近近哋去呢度試下啦。坐低就先叫左咕嚕肉同金沙鮮魷,諗住邊食邊再落單叫其他嘢。跟住隔離枱先啱啱坐低,唔夠兩分鐘見到佢哋食緊咕嚕肉,咁即係我哋碟咕嚕肉俾錯枱啦。叫個伙記幫我哋跟單,跟住隔離枱第3樣餸都黎埋,我哋一樣都未有得食,真係火都黎,完全冇幫我哋跟番啲單,呢間嘢又貴又服務差,以後唔會幫襯,仲會叫朋友都唔好幫襯。

朋友推薦這家位於太子的新開小店,當然抽時間去試一試。點了4款我朋友推介的菜式,分別是菠蘿咕嚕肉、乳鴿、川味豬手及鐵板雞什,另外又叫了杏汁白肺湯。菠蘿咕嚕肉做得精緻,大廚老闆功夫考究,將咕嚕肉做得皮脆內軟,咕嚕汁又適中,剛好薄薄的黏在豬肉的表面,不是平時死炸兼咕嚕汁不平均分佈那種,精彩;乳鴿也做得很好,亦不是落鑊炸至過龍再上枱那種,鴿肉夠嫩兼有肉汁,好味道;豬手是冷盤,那微辣的汁調得很好,豬手亦很入味,唯一是我個人喜歡「林」一些;鐵板雞什餸酒一流,如果再多一點雞腸會更好;杏汁白肺湯很香濃,真的想再多喝一碗。整體質素很高,怪不得長期有人等位,如果去食記住先訂位。
