之前已經黎過斬料,買蜜汁叉燒王返屋企加餸,屋企人食到lamlam脷。今次有客人黎食飯,屋企人就提議 嗌個鹵水鵝拼盤來食。拼盤好豐富,份量夠多,而且砌到好有心機,返到屋企稍為用微波爐加熱打開已經食得。鹵水鵝比起鴨肉,肉質更細嫩,肥瘦適中,肉味濃。鹵水掌翼有驚喜,皮帶爽脆,肉質依然夠嫩。鹵水豬耳食落滿滿的骨膠原,夠入味又不會硬。鹵水大腸頭清潔得很乾淨,一點味道也沒有。而且大腸軟而不韌,油脂甘香。鹵水豆腐索滿鹵水汁,真係必食!其他還包括金錢肚,鹵水蛋和芽菜等。。。呢度的鹵水很有層次,味道鮮甜不死咸,全部食材都夠入味,基本上都不用再額外點醬料。屋企人同客人都表示很滿意。下次唸唔到食咩,又可以黎呢度斬料。

收工去左元朗,突然好想食燒味,就見到鹵家依間餐廳,就入去試吓😆蜜汁叉燒皇 配飯佢哋嘅叉燒超級好食,夠晒淋,夠晒入味,仲要佢係燶邊叉燒,所以食落去好香口,但又唔會燒到亁哂,仍然都係好有口感👍🏻☺️梅子脆燒鴨 配飯燒鴨嘅皮好脆,好香,加埋佢比嘅梅子醬真係絕配,送飯係一流👍🏻👍🏻不得不提佢哋嘅底部都係有芽菜墊底,芽菜都係好好食,加埋佢有好多汁,所以兩款嘅燒味都好夠味🤤金錢肚佢係有啲黑椒嘅,少少帶辣,但其實食唔到辣既人都可以食到🙈 另外佢撈埋啲配菜一齊成件事都好香。凍檸茶及住家老火湯佢地既凍檸茶超好飲,茶同檸檬既比例岩岩好,好夠味,又唔會苦澀。老火湯都好足料,同埋真係住家無味精,好想一飲再飲👍🏻👍🏻😋

燒鴨嘅皮好脆,好香,加埋佢比嘅梅子醬真係絕配,送飯係一流👍🏻👍🏻

不得不提佢哋嘅底部都係有芽菜墊底,芽菜都係好好食,加埋佢有好多汁,所以兩款嘅燒味都好夠味🤤

金錢肚
佢係有啲黑椒嘅,少少帶辣,但其實食唔到辣既人都可以食到🙈 另外佢撈埋啲配菜一齊成件事都好香。

凍檸茶及住家老火湯
佢地既凍檸茶超好飲,茶同檸檬既比例岩岩好,好夠味,又唔會苦澀。老火湯都好足料,同埋真係住家無味精,好想一飲再飲👍🏻👍🏻😋
