今天相約住在大埔的親友見面,她知我喜歡吃辣,便提議我到大埔八號花園吃貴州米線。原來在大埔墟火車站有接駁巴士K12可直達八號花園,十分方便。餐廳標榜食品绝無添加味精,湯底更是採用豬骨熬製,可安心食用。其中「貴州蹄花粉」真係有成隻豬蹄係碗粉上面,好腍好入味。另外「三鮮粉」分別有扎肉、蕃茄及木耳,這裏的扎肉是自家製的,特別有口感。小食方面,「凉拌牛展」都好好味,特別推介這裏的「紅糖糍粑」,外脆內軟熱辣辣,紅糖流心有驚喜!飲品也有多款選擇,我們叫了「桂圓紅棗茶」及「芒果沙冰」,沙冰即打即製,大大杯只需$15,好抵飲!貴州米線有別於坊間一般雲南米線,是更加滑及爽口彈牙。米線控可以到這裏一試!

地膽朋友帶我到這間只開了一個月的小店吃米線。店舖不是太大,裝修簡潔清雅,門外餐牌標榜着「豬骨熬製,不添加味精」。我們當然要試吓了。我們點了:麻辣五花腩粉麻辣五花腩粉的五花腩肉肥瘦相間,口感豐富,搭配了辣椒和香料的湯底,味道麻辣開胃。配料中的粉吸收了湯汁的味道,果然味道十分正宗好味!鮑汁豬軟骨粉鮑汁豬軟骨粉熱騰騰的,鮑汁湯底非常濃郁鮮味,豬軟骨經過烹煮後口感軟嫩,非常入味。粉很有嚼勁,充滿彈性,和湯汁的滋味完美結合。我們還點了涼拌皮蛋:涼拌皮蛋的溏心很大,大量配料如蒜末、辣椒、醬油和香菜提升了整道小食的味道。十分開胃。紅燒牛腩:紅燒牛腩燉煮得很腍,肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配濃郁的紅燒醬汁,味道濃郁香濃。特別喜愛那無添加味精的貴州米線。清爽口感而彈牙的米線,精心熬製的湯底實在令人回味無窮。
