Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本土化的泰國菜,木瓜沙律好味道,木瓜夠清爽,咖喱蟹,蟹肉新鮮,加個蒜蓉包,可以領略最佳的咖喱汁味道,燒烤,中規中矩不太難吃,唯獨是燒雞,為真店滋補,但係肉質偏硬,而且比較乾身,亦都係沒有什麼雞肉味,比較失色,要留意飲品,一般價錢較貴又30多元至40多元,可樂最抵飲$19.1罐,買市揀餐可以考慮一下

呢間小曼谷海鮮燒烤店門面好大,裝潢亦好有特色。首先,我地叫咗個「泰皇咖哩法包軟殼蟹」,原隻軟殼蟹炸到卜卜脆,浸喺金黃咖哩汁度,個汁椰香勁濃,最正係用脆卜卜嘅法包點汁食,索晒啲咖哩真係邪惡到爆!跟住個「香葉肉碎炸蝦膠皮蛋」玩層次玩到盡,外層蝦膠炸得香口,中間流心皮蛋鹹香爆漿,仲有肉碎同金不換提味,一啖有四重口感,如果送啤酒就一流!杯「菠蘿沙冰」更加係賞心悅目,冰沙打得綿密,菠蘿甜味天然,解辣一流。至於「冬蔭公湯」就真係落足料,大頭蝦好大隻又鮮味,酸辣度啱啱好唔嗆喉,飲完成身暖粒粒。最後個「串燒拼盤B」有齊豬牛雞,炭火味香,點埋個沙嗲醬,啖啖肉超滿足!而且道道菜份量都好大,兩個人食到個肚都圓晒!環境有泰式大排檔風味,總括嚟講,呢度嘅菜式夠晒「玩味」,將傳統泰菜加咗新搞作,啱晒一班後生仔女嚟chill住食,下次一定要再嚟試埋佢地嘅泰式火鍋先得!

今日中午去咗食泰國嘢,真係好抵食!叫咗兩個lunch set,飽到捧住個肚走🤭首先要推介嘅係泰皇咖哩軟殼蟹🍛🦀配蒜蓉包,個咖哩真係好香。濃郁嘅咖哩汁,配埋炸到金黃色嘅軟殼蟹!軟殼蟹外脆內軟,蒜蓉包索晒啲咖哩汁,真係食到停唔到口!另一個set係魚翅撈飯套餐:泰式煲仔翅配白飯,配豬+雞串燒各1串🍢。雖然係lunch set,但個煲仔翅都幾足料,湯底濃郁,撈飯一流!豬肉串同雞肉串都燒得唔錯,夠晒惹味。飲品方面,叫咗個椰青同咸檸七。
