🥚法式焦糖燉蛋一向都覺得呢間店好高級,終於都有幸一試。佢哋焦糖係即場燒的,燒完半個鍾內要食,如果唔係就會溶哂。用匙羹篤落去硬硬地既,啲焦糖碎咗之後入面啲燉蛋有好濃郁既雲尼拿味,蛋都好滑。個碗係好高質既陶瓷碗,個人認為整個燉蛋成本最高似係呢個碗😆。#paullafayet #法式焦糖燉蛋 #銅鑼灣

🍮法式焦糖燉蛋 ($50)落單後店員會加糖係燉蛋面,再問你要唔要即刻用火槍燒埋,因為最佳食用時間係30分鐘,之前試過買到屋企層焦糖差唔多變返糖水🙈所以我地當時就去左隔離food court食😛即燒即食所以焦糖表層超脆🤩但燉蛋依然係凍食既❄️滑得黎有一粒粒雲呢拿籽,個人覺得又唔會太甜👍🏻至於呢個價錢嚟講加上唔係堂食,性價比唔算好高🧐

Got a Paul Lafayet creme brulee. Left it over to eat on the next day. The caramel on top had already melted into some liquid. Yet the pudding itself was still super smooth and delicious, of an appropriate level of sweetness and rich in egg flavour. But the portion was so little as the pudding was so thin.It was packed into a nice box with a wooden fork.
