好久冇去葵涌廣場,諗住平日,就試下去行一行,睇下有咩新野食。。。。行左一陣。。買左D野。。。就去2樓揾左一陣。。。揾呀揾。。揾到有一間買錭魚燒。。。覺得都幾特別又幾得意。。。。。。所以睇完一陣個餐牌。。見冇咩人等。。。就去買左一件。。。等左15分鐘,竟然仲未有。。所以叫左另一半去等。。終於一件錭魚燒要等成差不多30分鐘先出現。。都算。。。心諗,好食就ok....點知。。一開盒。。。簡直見到想死。。。好似一堆野甘又濕濕地又一patpat......用叉吉起佢。。。竟然兩邊中間分開,仲有一個大洞。。。味道同食糖一樣。。。真心仲伏。。完全浪費時間金錢食垃圾!!!

葵廣一值都喺我最鍾意掃街嘅地方☺️自從疫情開始都真喺好少嚟食野,不過機緣巧合之下再次嚟到葵廣,一上到2樓就見到一間新開嘅店而且散發一陣陣香味,原來係鯛魚燒😍見到都幾多人買,重點喺圖片同實物一樣咁吸引,所以都忍唔住買來試吓😆雙件酥皮鯛魚燒 $34❣️炙燒奶黃鯛魚燒呢款係佢哋店舖其中一款人氣之選,鯛魚燒嘅表面有一層奶黃醬,另外加咗糖再用火槍燒,營造左一個焦糖表面,賣相吸引😍 鯛魚燒質地食落偏向挺身軟熟,某啲位置微微脆,香濃嘅奶黃味道喺口腔入面徘徊🤤超正!個人覺得唔會好膩,重點係鯛魚燒夾心真係有蛋黃碎喺到!最值得一讚嘅係香味同味道係成正比🤩❣️鹽燒芝士脆皮鯛魚燒表面同樣放咗吉士醬再加糖燒至焦糖面,燒嘅時間拿捏得好好👍🏼唔會有燒焦嘅味道,另外加咗芝士粉係面,鯛魚燒中間夾住煙靭嘅麻薯加芝士,即使有咁多唔同味道嘅配搭但都仲食得出芝士嘅鹹香 讚😋整體嚟講會比奶黃鯛魚燒膩小小🤏🏼但都係一個唔錯嘅選擇🥰❣️美祿恐龍琥珀珍珠牛乳 +$18美祿同牛乳嘅味道比較平均,加上底部有煙韌嘅珍珠同表面嘅美祿波波,口感更豐富,但如果你唔係立即飲就建議要小冰😙❣️莓果森林琥珀珍珠牛乳 +$18個人幾中意呢杯,酸酸地嘅莓果加上牛乳

看到這裡時想必你已經想問「🧀芝士會在哪呢?」,答案其實就來自表面的醬料上!店員會在鯛魚燒做好✅之後加上一殼份量不少的奶黃吉士醬,然後放上這個口味的主角💁🏻‍♀️:半塊芝士片,再灑上糖粒後用火槍燒到半溶至焦糖脆面,濃郁的奶黃吉士醬跟芝士表面的焦糖🍯完全蓋過芝士的味道,結果當然只吃到甜味啦!
整體味道好吃嗎?如果不知道這個是甚麼口味的我會說是還可以的🤣;對於一個想吃鹹香芝士味道鯛魚燒的客人來說,可以說是嚴重不合格👎🏻!

店家處於商場近扶手電梯的位置,呈半開放式的格局,客人不多時其實可以看到👀整個鯛魚燒的製作過程,由於沒有透明隔板圍封,其實衛生情況不是太理想,特別在現時🦠疫情當道的時刻
價錢💰還算合理,多買會便宜點這個當然是吸引💕客人的其中一招,但味道跟品質方面實在還需要改善,而且看到不少朋友都有跟我類似的進餐經驗,未知是否乃個別口味才出現的問題😕,如果再不下苦功改善的話相信🔥人氣是未必能夠持續的,還望店家可以再努力做好吧!
