一向對無特別鍾意食fusion 菜,老婆話搵到一間英式廣東菜,我都R哂頭,不過老婆話事我就無(唔敢XD) 異議。去到餐廳,見到佢既裝修係偏西餐廳,仲有個酒吧位,感覺都幾高級一坐低就見到有本drink menu,難得睇得明就叫咗兩杯corktails 試吓我就叫咗Pu-Er Old Fashioned,老婆就叫咗杯Be my Honey,兩杯都fusion 得黎又幾易入口。之後就叫野食,第一次食英式廣東菜,真心無乜頭緒,最後聽店員推介叫咗個香酥鴨薄餅其實好似片皮鴨,唯一唔同就係佢既鴨肉係炸過,同埋無乜鴨皮。我又幾鍾意呢個食法,比起平時既片皮鴨無咁油膩,店員話D外國人入中菜館一定會叫呢個!之後就叫咗個招牌fish & chips,塊魚好大塊而且魚肉唔會散,調味唔重味仲食到魚味!店員話外國一定會配咖哩汁,真係估佢唔到!最後食多咗個蜜汁排骨,似係廣東既黑醋骨,味道幾惹味同埋都好大舊!聽店員話之後仲會做埋美國、澳洲既中菜,感覺都幾特別,有機會會再返黎試吓!
