298 Nikuya Room is one of my favorite Japanese yakiniku restaurant. The quality of meat is exceptional with a variety of premium cuts.

Their lunch set is so worth it and would strongly recommend everyone to come and give lunch a try!

I always go for Set A which is the 298 Set that provides a variety of cuts for you to try.

Instead of adding ox tongue, order a portion of their Harami (崩沙腩). It’s so flavorful, tender and juicy, all in one!

Their sukiyaki set also comes with premium cuts. Strongly recommend if you are tired of yakiniku!

將和牛與海膽放在一起是如此的Instagrammable,味道方面也是完美的搭配!兩者的濃郁油脂與奶滑感一拍即合,完全沒有違和感,可惜是裡面加了Wasabi,對於不愛吃Wasabi的我來說,就算是把Wasabi拿走了,還是有吃到Wasabi的味道!在此提醒不愛吃Wasabi的朋友在下店時,一定要請店員不要加進去!

每次吃日式燒肉,我們不是點冷麵,就是點石頭鍋飯。這裡的石頭鍋飯味道普通,不過飯焦卻做得頗好吃的,香脆可口,可點不不點。

We ordered different beef cuts to try out and all were of high quality! My favourite amongst all would be the ox tongue. This rich and delicious beef tongue treat features that elusive combo of crisp seared crust surrounding impossibly tender meat.
For those who couldn’t resist urchin, the sea urchin wrapped with raw beef slices is a must-try for starters! To compliment your meaty feast, the clean and refreshing taste of sake would help balance the richness of the wagyu beef. Plus it’s always good to share one with your friends! 🙈

A disastrous and ridiculous restaurant, where they treat you like a thorough scoundrel. We had a booking for dinner at 630pm, food and drinks came by 7pm.By 715pm, we were somehow told that it is time for last order, which came as a surprise. A disastrous and ridiculous restaurant, where they treat you like a thorough scoundrel.

We had a booking for dinner at 630pm, food and drinks came by 7pm.

By 715pm, we were somehow told that it is time for last order, which came as a surprise. We were assured 2 hours of dining time until 830pm when the booking was confirmed by the restaurant over the phone.

Later on we were asked to leave by 8pm while we were still enjoying the food. The waiter explained that the 1st time slot for dinner is only until 8pm and all customers are expected to leave on time.

When we mention about the booking confirmation over the phone, they assume we were liars and said they had never told any customers that they could offer 2 full hours of dining time.

We left at 8pm eventually as we lost all our appetite. Not a single apology was given by the restaurant.

Doesn't matter how great the food is, I just won’t come back. What a shame.

今天晚上到來試試日韓燒,因之前睇Youtube介紹話好好食,所以特登過海試吓,順便買埋所剩無幾的有藍芽功能的血壓計。當日下午好彩有訂位,當時訂已經無晒6點的時間,要訂到8點才有位,7點50分上到去,發現還有walk in客在等位中,好睇有訂位,如果唔係應該食唔到。由於我哋唔食牛肉,所以只點了豬及胡椒雞,燒腩肉跟菜,兩樣嘢都好好食,但如果分量再多啲就好了。
