早前終於到訪了一直都很想去的3rd Space,位置因為不算太好找所以沒有特地前往,反而是分店的蟲二因為地理位置較方便而有去過數次,本來這天也不是特地要到訪3rd Space,但總之在機緣巧合之下就來了,人生就是有很多預計不到的意外,就這麼突如其來地出現在眼前,機遇到來時只要緊緊抓住便好。3rd Space雖然店面小小,卻有數個戶外位子,而且這幅特色牆十分奪目,非常適合打卡。因為當天是即興到訪,因此沒有預約,幸好店員也安排到位置給我們。因為店內位子真的不多,其實還是建議先提前預約會比較好,好讓店方能夠有個預算。滑蛋鰻魚穀米飯 HK$120賣相非常精美的滑蛋鰻魚穀米飯,很喜歡這店的餐點都十分精緻,鰻魚份量也很足,一大片蓋著的幾乎看不到飯。中間的滑蛋十分嫩滑,配合鰻魚汁味道甜甜的,非常好吃。另外還會搭配一份沙律,均衡飲食才最健康。塩燒西冷薄切牛排慢煮蛋穀米茶漬飯 HK$110在蟲二的套餐很多都是茶漬飯,來到3rd Space當然也要試一下。鹽燒西冷薄切牛排味道不錯,牛肉用了燒肉汁去煎香,質地軟腍味道很不錯,配合溫泉蛋和清香的日本茶,再撒上了少許飯素,是一道結合和洋風格的菜品。Flat Wh

對熱咖啡還是有一份執著,即使在三十幾度的高溫下還是要點熱的咖啡,為的就是欣賞這裡的Latte Art,我始終還是覺得咖啡要喝熱的,當然Dirty和Affogato是例外,不過這也是我的個人喜好。已經很久沒有喝過Flat White,這裡的咖啡水準也不錯,咖啡豆很香,入口細緻順滑。

我們都選了廣島牡蠣炊飯
主角廣島蠔肉質肥厚
爽口亦帶鮮香
炊飯以昆布、味醂、醬油等作底汁
配料則配有牛蒡、野菌、甜豆和蓮藕等
味道可以而且不會太濃
不過炊飯是煮成細緻軟爛的款式
Foodamin比軟喜歡粒粒分明的炊飯
因為另外配有一碗蠔汁和溫泉蛋
混合了蛋後更加濕潤

我選擇的日本宇治抹茶口味在濕潤度有4/5,濃度有5/5,結果也100% Match,Pancake口感綿密,味道有驚喜的抹茶回甘苦味,超級濃郁,Perfect!Pancake中間夾住一層薄薄麻糬和紅豆蓉,與抹茶理所當然的和諧。想要更多的味道層次,將Pancake沾滿北海道牛乳雪糕、海鹽醬、麻糬和灑在表面的燕麥片一口吃下去,感覺到鹹甜x冷暖交融的豐富體驗。
