餐廳平時夜晚做開火鍋,晏晝就做一啲二人餐火鍋同埋港式嘅午餐,路過見過價錢幾抵食,仲包埋特飲,咁就試吓啦個午市套餐$50有找,仲要包埋特飲,確實幾有誠意,有菊花桂圓茶或者洛神花玫瑰茶,仲要係樽裝上,加分午餐有蟲草花蒸雞啊,咖喱牛腩啊,蘿蔔牛腩等等嗰幅相顯示蘿蔔牛腩係用個鑊仔上嘅,咁我不嬲都追求儀式感,就試依個啦上菜嘅時候外貌都幾好,牛腩都幾腍,蘿蔔就好入味我覺得整體不過不失,以呢個價錢嚟講,算性價比高 continue reading

I recently ordered a two-person hotpot set through Openrice, and it turned out to be cheaper than ordering directly at the restaurant. The soup bases, particularly the Green Sichuan Pepper (青花椒)and Satay, were exceptional. The 橫隔肌 was outstanding, with a rich beef flavor that was truly delicious. 呢間做幾年開已經好出名,主打食牛唔同嘅部位,所以今日嚟都係主力想試唔同款嘅牛。嗌咗個理想點’鮮‘湯底,因為想主力食牛,所以揀個清啲嘅湯底。店員話呢個湯都可以飲,所以一上枱我哋就飲一碗試一試先,果然個湯底超鮮甜,完全冇味精味,去到我哋食完嘢之後再飲個湯底,因為我嗰啲牛同蔬菜,個湯底更加甜,幾個人差啲想飲晒個湯底。🤣牛就叫咗幾個部位試,有滑尾龍、匙柄、五花趾、橫隔肌等等,最鍾意橫隔肌,夠晒爽口,滑尾龍加咗蛋黃夠晒滑。整體嚟講呢度啲牛好有質素,雖然你食緊嘅時候都唔係好記得係邊個部位,但係基本上都係好食。 continue reading

落大雨,梗係要食邊邊佢暖下身啦!今次就揀左喺公司附近嘅呢間 616 火鍋專門店,食過好幾次啦,啲肉質素都幾好,招牌沙爹湯底超濃郁惹味,用嚟碌公仔麵一流啊!.今次照舊叫咗最愛嘅花雕牛,入口牛味濃郁仲帶陣陣酒香,唔洗點醬齋食已經無得頂啦!滑尾龍同樣係呢度嘅招牌,撈埋蛋汁食落口幾滑!.除咗肉之外,都有好多款配料可以揀,例如超索湯汁嘅響鈴,彈牙嘅蝦滑、爽口娃娃菜、金針菇等,再落多 2 個公仔麵,超滿足!.價錢嚟講都晤貴,撞啱佢做緊儲印花半價優惠,都係百零蚊一個人,應該都係我會無限 Encore 嘅餐廳🤣。 continue reading

之前有陣子上下班都會經過「616」每次都會覺得他們的店也太可愛了吧~沒想到有人真的會用這作店名🤣一說起「616」 相信大家第一下也肯定會和火鍋🍲聯繫🍲二人火鍋套餐 $328 ✨安格斯-横隔肌 (6秒)橫隔肌 離內臟位置較近 顔色較深 而且牛肉味也相對較濃不過這款重點更在於他的質感 6秒一上來~馬上吃~他們切這份時完全沒在放輕手 讓每片肉具厚度 吃起來卻軟到不行是四份牛𥚃面最軟的一份
——————✨澳洲五花趾(6秒)五花趾 相較起來顔色的都更紅粉一點6秒後 五花趾 還有些紅紅的脈絡線般 一開始還在考慮要不要再一下下可是膽粗粗吃了後 口感分別卻大了 更QQ彈牙~~好有趣(沒同時吃時 可能也不會留意到 明顯的分別——————✨匙柄(6秒)(我們那時也打了個大問號❓匙柄是什麼牙??匙柄其實就是牛前腿上方部位 更有人說這是牛肉中最好的部位之一脂肪含量偏低 中間肉筋紋理清晰 入口也是和橫隔肌有像~都是一樣的軟嫩軟中還帶點小嚼勁 ——————✨和牛赤身三角形的赤身~油花以大理石花紋分布均勻 吃時沒有入口即溶感 但質感還是滿細膩柔軟的 而且牛味還滿香濃的!!(一直把這份留到最後才吃🤣——————✨手打牛筋丸、芝士腸平日也有點怕吃牛丸 偶爾不旦吃到沒味道的 又紮實 咬到令人覺得累可是他們這家的手打牛筋丸 相當富彈性~好咬 又帶點牛香(芝士腸平時也要加錢 或另外自己加點 套餐𥚃包兩條 量剛好足夠——————✨炸魚皮還滿大一盤的!!我拍的時候已經被我們吃掉了好幾片每塊都是大大的一片 又脆 但記得不用淥太久喔 要不然很快就會軟掉!——————✨涼拌雲耳好細心 還附前菜 有時在等水煮熟/ 食物熟的時候 就可以先吃著涼拌雲耳帶酸的他 更醒胃 更解舌頭👅和肚子的膩感 ——————✨唐生菜、娃娃菜、金菇不要小看只是一個小籃 量真的塞好塞滿 連取出來都難度(金菇 就像直接來一束~~ 湯底:「鴛鴦青花椒牛骨湯」青花椒煮久以後他們的油脂都出來了牛骨湯相對油份偏低 更適合🈴️放菜 而且煮完以後菜面也具淡淡的牛骨湯味——————✨蜂巢豆腐我們點的湯底是「鴛鴦青花椒牛骨湯」青花椒那邊真是強到不得煙一飄 鼻子👃馬上被嗆到不行✋ 但火鍋的蜂巢豆腐 這時的作用就來了若不能直接來的話 蜂巢豆腐就能把湯吸飽 一咬下去湯如噴的出來 爽✨手工鮮蝦雲吞這是新推出的~~不要以一般的雲吞概念套進去!!他們用了一個薄薄的雲吞皮 包著爆滿的料兩隻蝦子🦐還有肉碎 傻眼 又鮮又濃的味道👅不用另外沾醬 就已經很可以~😌個人其實沒有很喜歡在外面吃火鍋🍲每次單點都要控制著要不然一定會點爆!$$同時也會很可怕😱可是有了套餐就方便多了~~這次的🍲二人火鍋套餐 一個價錢 能試到來自各地肉們外 量足又具一定的質素~而且餐墊紙上還貼心畫出每塊肉所要煮的時間🧡
