放工約左女友食飯,佢話之前去過另一間616食lunch好好食,所以就book左枱今晚黎尖沙咀既呢間616試下晚餐。佢話呢間616比大圍個間大,大圍既走懷舊風,呢間就型好多,以金色同黑色為主。原來佢叫616麥子係因為呢間仲出名有手工啤飲。可惜剛感冒完仲食緊藥冇得飲,唯有下次先。用ipad點餐好方便,專食牛既616果然除左牛之外都係牛,哈,啱哂我呀。我揀下揀下揀左4款牛,初頭女友怕好多,不過見到隔離枱D牛都唔係好大碟,而且見個價錢咁平就知佢每碟唔會好多,咁反而可以畀人揀多D唔同款去食,同埋好似我地兩個都可以叫多D種類既野,安排得唔錯。點左菜就可以去醬料bar自己混醬。返來既時侯個牛骨清湯已經到左,D野食都接著黎,上菜上得好快! 而且仲有幾塊西瓜送上,都幾貼心。 除左我揀左個4樣牛之外,女友揀左牛滑同炸牛肉雲吞,一個菜同埋野菌雙拼。店員都幾好禮貌,細心介紹建議我地食左較淡既牛舌先,然後再食其他三款牛。牛舌好嫩,又唔會好騷,好食! 我仲揀左肩胛翼、牛朴肉同封門柳。三樣我覺得封門柳最好食,牛味最香,係牛身體中間既位置,肉質都最嫩。牛朴肉就比肩胛翼多少少雪花,兩個都唔錯,有趙口得黎都有牛肉個陣甘香

牛舌好嫩,又唔會好騷,好食! 我仲揀左肩胛翼、牛朴肉同封門柳。三樣我覺得封門柳最好食,牛味最香,係牛身體中間既位置,肉質都最嫩。牛朴肉就比肩胛翼多少少雪花,兩個都唔錯,有趙口得黎都有牛肉個陣甘香。記得要跟餐枱紙既建議時間去煮唔同款既肉,唔係可能係變鞋。
除左幾款牛肉其他都唔錯,牛肉雲吞個牛都幾香,係一碟既份量真係好少,有少少貴; 牛滑幾得意,我地見未食過就試下,口感有D似手打牛丸,不過相對就淋DD同滑口D,可以一試。我地叫既油麥菜都洗得好乾淨同埋幾新鮮。我發覺而家打邊爐食肉可以點醋去食仲好食同開胃,因為食物本身都有咸味再點豉油會好似好濃味。今次女友主要落醋,加少少豉油,去點肉同點菜都仲好食。清湯底入面D蘿蔔先去,索哂D牛肉香,臨尾食再點少少醋都好正!
叫埋兩支自家製既洛神花茶都係450蚊,食到咁多款都算抵食。就算人少少黎打邊爐都可以食好多款,不過當然唔食牛就唔黎得啦,哈。

最近迷上左食牛肉火鍋,今日又去食了!今次係尖沙咀嘅分店,原來616每間分店佢哋嘅裝修主題都非常痛,今次呢一間係尖沙咀樓上鋪,氣氛亦都好好好舒服,我去到嘅時候都已經坐滿左。一如既往用佢哋嘅iPad點菜,呢個設計真係非常方便。同樣叫咗最愛嘅響鈴,娃娃菜,同埋和牛,每次見到都已經食指大動。最近食得太熱氣,今日想清清地所以叫咗個清湯,清湯配上佢哋嘅牛肉都非常一流!因為佢哋嘅牛肉本身好香牛味,係冇其他湯料嘅掩蓋之下,令到佢哋嘅牛味更加突出。今次第一次食佢嘅烏冬,原來佢啲烏冬都好好味!原來佢啲烏冬都好好味!即使淥耐左都唔太林,非常好彈牙!有一次滿意嘅火鍋!一定會再來

最近食得太熱氣,今日想清清地所以叫咗個清湯,清湯配上佢哋嘅牛肉都非常一流!因為佢哋嘅牛肉本身好香牛味,係冇其他湯料嘅掩蓋之下,令到佢哋嘅牛味更加突出。

今日黎接老公食lunch,見到呢間新開餐廳好似無咩人,咁就上去試下啦~ Lunch set好似唔錯,所以一人叫左一個。我食咖哩牛筋腩飯,意外地個咖哩又煮得幾香濃,辣度適中,入口唔會太嗆鼻,而牛筋腩就煮得入味又香,份量比想像中多,用來配白飯一流。老公食牛四寶飯,佢果個就偏向清淡少少,無咖哩咁濃郁,不過就反面食得出牛肉味都幾香。總括黎講兩個Lunch set都算唔錯,重點係以尖沙咀區黎腸,價錢又唔算太貴,下次可以再黎食。
