忙完一輪 終於可以黎個二人世界打邊爐啦自從有左小朋友後 好少去打邊爐 始終周圍都係燙湯 一個唔小心真係後悔都無用講番正題 個晚去左食屋企附近既616佢個名已經夠哂gimmick 入到去個裝修仲好有心思 好有七 八十年代感覺 勁親切打邊爐最緊要湯底 今次叫左個花椒牛骨鴛鴦鍋 有辣有唔辣 輕易滿足哂所有人啦呢間店主打牛肉 仲要食得好刁鑽餐牌上啲名聽都無聽過不過唔洗擔心 因為佢會介紹番究竟佢係牛邊個部位 同埋質感如何 再唔係搵個店員問一問 即係俾到心水你個日我地試左4款牛 分別叫封門柳 牛上肋 牛頸脊 同脖仁 係咪好多都未聽過呢?😂😂😂四款各有各特色 牛上肋就重油脂 比較腍 封門柳就重牛味 牛項脊同脖仁都係指緊頸位 但脖仁既牛味最重老公鍾意牛味 所以佢對脖仁讚口不絕 鍾意牛味既朋友一定要試下啦另外要特別介紹既係一隻叫水蓮菜既蔬菜 佢個樣好特別 味道有少少帶芫茜既香味 出面好少見 配菜既麻利牛都值得推介 酸酸辣辣既開胃菜

四款各有各特色 牛上肋就重油脂 比較腍 封門柳就重牛味 牛項脊同脖仁都係指緊頸位 但脖仁既牛味最重

老公鍾意牛味 所以佢對脖仁讚口不絕 鍾意牛味既朋友一定要試下啦

另外要特別介紹既係一隻叫水蓮菜既蔬菜 佢個樣好特別 味道有少少帶芫茜既香味 出面好少見

天氣開始涼涼地,約埋三五知己打邊爐就一定係最好選擇!荃灣好多火鍋店,但好食的火鍋店數埋都冇五隻手指,上Openrice睇下有冇其他好味而我又未去過!竟然發現到一間有甘多牛食😋😋,我是牛魔皇黎,甘就一於試試你😏個麻辣湯底認真辣,但好味👍🏻👍🏻真係好多牛啊,我們叫左五款牛,但我已經忘記叫乜名,喺度叫牛好好,因為幾十蚊細細一碟,我可以試好多款👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻冇錯🥺lee度除左牛就冇乜其他野食所以喜歡食牛的你,絕對不能錯過😋😋

第一次到訪616,4個人食,預約左9:30,來到就即刻有位牛肉多選擇,叫左好幾款試,個人認為「匙柄」好味而且鮮味湯底種類都十分多今次選擇了沙嗲及牛骨清湯底推薦沙嗲湯底!越食越上癮!而醬料方面是自助的,可以加入自己喜愛的配料。另外除了牛肉之外還叫了幾款食品,有生菜⋯響鈴⋯黑柏葉⋯蝦滑⋯稻庭烏冬等等。自己推薦食蝦滑!非常爽口彈牙!正!今次預約還有優惠!十分抵食!最後值得一讚是職員態度親切友善一定會再來
