而menu都會好細心咁提提你每個部位淥幾多秒就夠

我就比較喜歡食 滑尾龍 同 吊龍伴

滑尾龍 有蛋醬包圍住咁一齊淥,而且牛味相重,最好唔洗點咁多醬料


吊龍伴 比較好爽滑 ,食一舊就食上癮,當晚我地都叫左三碟食至肯收手

因為唔想全部都係牛,另外叫左生菜、菇、同蝦滑,都係不過不失。

埋單每人大約$300,唔算好貴。牛肉全部都細細碟,係可以試多幾種唔同部位,但湯底方面令人失望,牛肉亦都唔算特別好味,所以未必會再黎。

另外要提一提,佢個醬油,好似叫咩牛肉汁醬油之類嘅,好麻麻。

一心食牛嘅我地當然連丸都要有牛喺入面。手打魚滑平時食得多,牛滑真係第一次食。但估唔到有驚喜!牛味幾重之餘,同埋非常爽口彈牙。咁大條都係$48,真係幾抵。

仲有呢款紫菜卷,其實即係響鈴入面加咗紫菜,但呢個配搭簡直天衣無縫,一食真係停唔到口。我唔知點形容,只可以話加左紫菜更加香口。

舊同事嫁女,約我出來俾帖我;咁耐冇見,順理成章坐低講吓是非、緬懷一番。一諗到懷舊,好自然想起公司附近的616牛肉火煱專門店,呢間連鎖店我留意左一段時間,每間有著不同裝修,但以 "懷舊" 做主題,很有特色。呢間餐提供平板給客人自行落單,還可以查閱賬單及check番order紀錄。另一個gimmick係下單後,會有待應拿來沙漏用作計時,凡頭單超過二十分鐘未上,會有免費食品請您食。我們叫左幾碟牛同菜,我覺得好味又值得推介的是滑尾龍,舖滿整個平底鍋仔,加上一只打了的生雞蛋。略略撈一下後,放入湯鍋灼10秒左右便可,口感又鮮又嫩滑,真係會食過番尋味道。埋單每人二百鬆dd,但就不是太飽,回家前要去麥×買埋個飽頂肚。
