朋友叫左杯ipa,因為我本身果段時間唔飲得酒,所以無得試。

餐廳waiter/manager好熱情招待客人,點餐時比意見(因為我地揀野有d選擇困難症),會同我地吹下水,食完又會問返我地意見,呢個可能就係點解呢間餐廳keep住只有好評! 不斷留意顧客既感受。overall we have a very pleasant experience

三個人食左二百幾,完全唔知食咗乜嘢。叫左兩個菜,量勁勁勁少,一人一啖食晒。而且味道真心一般,強烈唔推薦 最後都係去食其他野填番個肚另外餐牌嘅介紹好長好複雜,睇到人好辛苦,而且實際上個野食同埋介紹嘅完全唔一樣真心差評差評!!!

因為自己本身沒有很愛叉燒/燒味,所以原本對這個沒有很大的期望,但這個名字超長的叉燒飯,卻顛覆了我對叉燒飯的認識。首先,慢煮的叉燒,肉質非常鬆軟,肥瘦均勻,味道不會太甜,還是繷邊叉燒!鵝肝雖然分量有點少,但真的很好吃!每一口除了鵝肝的鮮味,還有滿滿的玫瑰露酒香。豬油撈飯方面,完全不會油膩,而且非常的香,拌上蛋黃吃下去,更是一絕。一口飯、一口叉燒、一口鵝肝,感覺我以後不會想吃其他叉燒飯了...⠀
Best ChaSui Rice ever! It's tender yet cispy at the edges. The goose liver is amazing too. Cha sui, runny egg and goose liver together with pork fat is just heaven. ⠀

去之前做足功課的我,看見 @sistersnfood 強推這一杯,果然沒有失望!用了萬壽無疆的中式杯盛著Cocktail,我還是第一次見,打卡度100分。味道也是相當有驚喜的。芝麻味的威士忌,很特別,居然是真的有濃濃的芝麻味,喝到底我看到是黑色的。面頭的花生泡沫有點像奶蓋,非常非常好吃!面頭還有一顆小小的湯圓作點綴,意外的很煙靭!
