今次嚟到中環想同朋友飲番杯又食嘢,好多特色餐廳酒吧,但係Fusion 菜唔係間間都做得好食,今次被佢哋個店吸引到我去食。睇吓佢哋有幾正先😊大澳風情蝦醬脆香雞翼,淡淡蝦醬味,不會過咸,單骨雞翼,食得方便,外皮脆內juicy ,送酒一流!香煎海蝦炒羽衣甘藍配擔擔風味煎腸粉,擔擔小小麻辣,海蝦爽脆鮮甜,腸粉吸收曬佢哋嘅精華,正呀!24小時慢煮伊比利亞叉燒,超級淋同入味,玫瑰露九龍醫国豉油皇鹵獅頭鹅肝,好嫩好正,配溫泉蛋提升質感,香噴噴豬油撈飯,無得輸呀,必食👍🏻Sesame Moch芝麻花生湯圓係酒嚟架Sesame Whisky, Peanut Foam,fushion得好特別好味道!

中環一間靚靚又好食嘅打卡酒吧 佢啲野無講食物定係環境我都覺得#何蘭正🤓.-叉燒黃金饅頭- 🌟必叫之選 叉燒烤得香而軟腍 夾埋香脆嘅炸饅頭配上吉士醬無論味道定係層次都十分出色.-蝦球煎腸粉-蝦球大大粒 用左羽衣甘藍去煎個腸粉 呢個煮法好特別.-白胡椒石蜆粉絲-🌟呢個菜又係好出色 蜆肉大粒鮮甜 湯底胡椒味好重 好岩我 會小小嘅胡椒辣 好正.佢地嘅Beer Flight 都幾出名 見到格格都飲 一set有4杯可以自己揀口味 可惜我朋友唔飲酒 所以靜係叫左一杯🙈
