Made reservation via open rice, was looking forward to this meal. Food was so so, customer service is bad.Most of the stuff we ordered are BBQ skewers, apart from the thick cut beef tongue and the mussels cooked in Sake.Firstly, the mussels in sake - it’s more like mussels in clear soup 🙄. Customer service - waitresses just keep wanting to remove plates off our table, and at a few occasion, the plates still have food on it! No offence, but would be nice if they kindly ask us if that’s ok to be taken away! This is the first time I’ve visited this, and will be the last also.

We have booked a table, by the time arrive they said table is not yet available, and asked to wait for around 20mins. So we wait outside and they give the table to other who arrive after us (which they said they haven’t book). And when we ask what’s happening, they refuse to give us the table or even apologise. 是日繼續尖沙咀工作,吃OT飯的時候,和同事到天文台道上的居酒小屋試試。一直覺得佢既外觀都幾精緻,是濃厚的日本風。首先,點了最想吃的蟹羔甲羅燒,配以烤麵包上碟,蟹羔味道和口感濃口不膩。然後是每吃串燒必點的大啡菇,菇味濃厚沒調料,配上木魚乾上碟。唐揚炸雞配上🍋,算是不錯。黑蒜油豚肉豬骨湯拉麵是一人份剛好,不多不少。味道不俗不油膩,豚肉不過韌不過肥。..HAHAHA,, 報告完畢。只能說,是一家環境服務地點不俗,價格合理,食物又above average的居酒小店。

我們行到天文臺道街口 , 八居酒屋,  被那招牌吸引. 發覺這餐廳環境佈置很有特式, 好西化.  門外還設有坐位.平時放工也會約朋友坐坐, 分享工作的苦與樂.  在居酒屋, 拿著酒杯更有興至. 大家在門外先看食物推介.再看餐牌,  食物岩心水, 價錢合原則, 不錯.餐廳面積大, 樓底高, 尖沙咀地鋪有此環境不太多.  門口附近有的士站, 方便愛醉朋友.坐下來, 先叫日本清酒,   松竹梅 伏水清酒.  酒味不太濃, 勝在好香醇 !餐廳服務好, 第一個串燒日本冬菇很快便送到.  菇味香. 軟稔. 燒得不会乾.接著便是  五花腩串熱熱上檯, 上檯已經聞到香氣,  豬肉燒至外皮香脆, 肉質嫩. 伴酒最好.燒雞翼, 好香脆, 又香口.吃罷串燒, 要吃牛扒了.安格斯肉眼扒,   肉眼扒夠大塊, 剛好燒至五成熟 , 呈微紅色,  好吸引.  上檯時, 大家都被那炭燒香味醉倒 ,  配菜沙律, 減低膩氣, yummy !再繼續食牛, 選了美國安格斯牛鍋好豐富, 有鮮嫩牛肉片,   一盆長蔥,  香菇, 豆腐, 紹菜, 茼萵, 及兩碗生雞蛋.    服務員細心將鐵鍋燒熱,  加些油,再把 蔬菜, 香菇

- 啲嘢唔新鮮- 牛冇牛味, 雞冇雞味- 雞皮厚過豬皮- 秋葵乾到飛起- 上菜次序錯晒,想完熟野先上生嘢- 冇一樣野正常,完全冇可能咁高評分- 雖然話尖沙咀租貴,但係直頭離晒譜It’s the worst resturant and most disappointed resturant I’ve tried in my whole life. Most important it’s over price. I have no idea how can survive in Hong Kong
