好久沒有出尖沙咀食飯﹐心血來潮便出去看看﹐在尖沙咀食飯搵車位便是最頭痛的﹐車行駚到天文臺道8號停車場便泊車了﹐在附近再找找食的﹐出停車場便看見門面及招牌的『八酒小屋』日本料理吸引了﹐日本料理是我和老公都喜歡的﹐便決定今晚食日本菜﹐餐館以半開放式裝修頂𡥫服﹐服務員推介了幾款食物﹐老公也接納推介便選了仙台牛舌厚燒、蟹膏甲羅燒及和牛A4再加了黑蒜豚肉拉麵﹐當然少不了刺身拼盤。 仙台牛舌厚燒每片牛舌厚切燒過程沒有過火﹐口感沒有乾乾且很爽口。蟹膏甲羅燒用已拆肉的蟹肉混入蟹膏再配上法式多士﹐食法有點像鵝肝配法式多士一樣﹐如果喜歡食蟹一定喜歡﹐只可惜跟多士只得2塊﹐2人食有點不夠滿足。和牛A4薄切肥瘦部份剛好加上5成熟﹐入口肉味重滑溜的味道也不錯。而刺身拼盤份量也不少﹐2人份量已夠﹐厚度剛好件件新鮮都算不錯的水準﹐最後食埋黑蒜豚肉拉麵份量剛剛好﹐好香黑蒜油豚肉肥瘦比例剛剛好﹐麵質都很好﹐泡了一陣也很彈牙。最後埋單每人平均$500﹐價錢算合埋。

今日和同事來吃午餐,這間餐廳的裝修不像普通的居酒屋,倒是有點像西餐廳。不過坐位闊落,坐得幾舒服。午餐選擇共有18款,款式非常。前菜是沙律,味道不錯。牛肉稻庭烏冬:烏冬很滑很彈牙,很好吃,湯底是味噌湯,挺不錯。牛肉很有肉味,不會韌。黑豚生薑燒定食:個汁甜甜酸酸,挺開胃,不過薑味有點淡,但也好吃。豚肉不韌,挺入味。鹽麴黑豚五花腩定食:五花腩肉燒得很香!腩肉少少肥,食落剛剛好,唔會好油,唔會韌,非常好吃!腩肉很夠味,不點汁也已經夠哂味。甜品是綠茶雪糕,幾有綠茶味,不錯。埋單3個人吃共301元,價錢合理,餐廳環境和食物質素都不錯,值得來。

個人一向都唔係日本菜的粉絲,都有一輪冇食,經過公司附近,見到啲lunch set又唔錯,於是就同同事入嚟試試,大約等咗10分鐘就上菜👍🏻樓低很高,而且外面有自然光射入嚟,令人感覺頗舒服Lunch menu都不簡單~有成18個揀,仲包埋沙律+前菜+味噌湯+甜品😍沙律@沙律夠新鮮,配上汁醬開胃醒神😋味噌湯@正正常常,同飲開的差唔多味道,不過勝在幾大碗😝滑蛋雞肉飯@飯是偏濕的飯款,雞肉雖滑但味道不夠突出,此店的滑蛋亦不是自己最喜歡的那種味道,整體上水準一般

🐯話淨係隻蛋已經值回票價,因係係日本卵呀😂雞肉串,兩大粒,唔係實實肉質,口感鬆軟似係餐廳自家制。配生蛋伴醬汁牛舌質地okay,爽口軟滑 但係調味太甜,蓋過牛舌本既味道。甲羅燒都足料,配兩片蒜蓉包。味道可以接受,但係未去好新鮮既口味。烏冬係日本餐廳必有,今晚就轉食蕎麥麵。湯底清得嚟都好夠昆布味,飲埋成碗都唔會口渴。 而且麵嘅分量好多,夠兩人食。炸雞件 包住雞件既粉好夠味,炸得好鬆脆,對比之下雞肉淡左。仲叫左炸豆腐,雞肉串間餐廳整體上環境都屬於舒服,而且唔係一貫日本餐廳全楓本裝修。侍應姐姐有笑容有禮貌,依種服務態度值得稱讚。

今天經過天文臺道,被餐廳的樓底吸引了進去。樓底很高,感覺很舒服。餐廳有多達18個午市套餐選擇,價錢由$68起。而套餐包括沙律、前菜、味噌湯及甜品,本身已配熱茶,亦可以加$20選擇無酒精飲品。很久沒有吃鰻魚,點了個鰻魚蒲燒定食,不但賣相討好,而味道亦超乎想像的好吃。軟嫩的魚肉與濃郁的醬汁,配白飯剛剛好。鹽麴黑豚五花腩定食,五花腩煎到金黃色,香噴噴,並不鹹,又不膩。名古屋炸雞翼是我的最愛,炸得香酥,加上黑白芝麻,很香口。下次希望試下串燒。

很久沒有吃鰻魚,點了個鰻魚蒲燒定食,不但賣相討好,而味道亦超乎想像的好吃。軟嫩的魚肉與濃郁的醬汁,配白飯剛剛好。
