竹鶴17年 (一杯$128)


在云云的酒品當中,竹鶴絕對最吸引我,

無年份的,我飲過,但17年的佳品,我是第一次喝。

飲落帶一份香草和麥芽糖的甜香,濃濃的酒精混合各種果香,晰尖銳既苦澀度,令人一喝難忘。


記得在香港酒展有看過一枝要賣$2000-$3000,但一枝酒如果沒有伴的話,要喝完也不容易,但這裡百零蚊就可以一試,實在很抵。

炸雞稻庭烏冬 ($88)


飲酒,不知為何,今日想找炸雞來陪襯,再加濕一濕舌頭的要求,便成就了一份炸雞稻庭烏冬。

炸雞份量不算多,只有3件,但勝在雞肉肉質嫩滑,炸得很香口。


日本稻庭烏冬很滑身,但煮得有d腍身,如果煮少3分鐘,麵質挺身3分,會更好。

不說不知餐廳既招牌菜原來係牛舌,有塩味和味噌兩款口味。

為免被濃味既味噌蓋過牛舌既肉味,我點選了塩味。


呢度既牛舌非常「大條」,一條可以切超過10片,這時候我腦裡浮過的畫面是.....「咁隻牛咪好大隻?」


作為招牌菜,牛舌果然燒得好好味,牛味很濃,而肉質爽彈,不會太咸卻又很夠味,果然餐廳沒有推介錯。

第一次在韓國街發現這店的時候,對這店感覺一般,純粹是因為感覺好像不太日式。但有晚想去附近的燒酌吧,所以便決定試一試。最後發覺師傅的燒功很不錯。

價錢屬中上,但物有所值,份量充足。不妨一試。

At first I was rather suspicious of this Yakitori shop located at Observatory Road as the vibes does not look tooJapanese to me.

However, it turned out to be one of the more authentic ones in the area.

They had a decent selection of Yakitori items & cooked food. They also had a fairly comprehensive drinks list with about 30-40 odd types of sake. The menu was in Chinese, English and Japanese.

雞尾酒$60/杯,價錢合理,我們選了Lychee Special 及 No 8 Special。沒有特別包裝,只用玻璃酒杯戴著,前者荔枝及菠蘿香郁,味道甜美我較喜歡,後者沒有果汁成份,三款酒 Vodka, Japanese Sake, Plum wine 的混合找不到特別化學作用,一般而已。

總括來說,是開心的一頓,尤其樓底高高的環境,坐得特別舒適,久坐無壓力,會友適合。

閒來無事,與朋友到居酒屋吃點好的,是一件賞心樂事。店位於天文台道,燈光映照著一家有落地玻璃的小店,就是今晚的聚腳地點。店的裝璜簇新奪目,極富時代感。即使是小店格局,也予人舒適之感覺。甫進店內,就點了這杯荔枝口味的cocktail,芳香的荔枝口味非常可口。酒精濃度不低,光喝幾口就已心跳加速。對於喝酒,自己還是不太在行呢。另外我們也點了一些小食,仙台牛舌厚燒 (鹽味/ 味噌)($128):質感柔軟,牛味充足,調味也怡到好處,不過鹹。網燒安格斯肉眼($138):以牛扒而言,它的口感極嫩,肉質上乘無筋,即使不佐以任何醬汁也可以吃出它的美味。和洋風特製炸雞($98):炸雞球如乒乓球的大小,油膩感不重,肉質不俗,配以少量蛋黃沙律醬同食相當可口。名古屋雞翼($38):香脆的雞翼皮上灑上香口的芝麻,非常香口的一道佐酒小食。美酒與小食的伴陪伴下,很快就消磨了一個晚上。

朋友係呢頭返工,放工齊齊去食飯先叫左個和風蕃茄沙律,清清地蕃茄份量又多,看似普通,但做得唔錯呀黎到居酒屋,要試下串燒日本蕃薯,大啡菇,雞胸肉三味燒,免治雞肉串,豚肉五花腩肉各有特色我最喜歡係大啡菇,我一向都鐘意食菇呢串大啡菇燒得恰到好處,唔會有燶味,重帶出菇既鮮味日本蕃薯都正!甜甜地另外叫左蒲燒鰻魚,好香,好入味點埋鰻魚汁一齊食,perfect match!重有網燒安格斯肉眼唔韌易咬,又入味不錯不錯!重有甜品,抹茶雪米磁整體成餐都好滿意,店員服務又好上菜速度都快,可以再來😋
