挑選左呢一款印度瑪沙蔓咖哩,味道唔辣反而甜,亦好creamy🥰特別欣賞佢用上蕃薯而非常見嘅蘿蔔,令到個咖喱份外鮮甜,而且煮得非常軟熟🍠當然雞肉亦都非常嫩,仲有雞髀🍗超正!

另外,所有主菜都會配白飯🍚及烤鴨堆取椰蓉湯🍲。白飯係普通泰國香米冇乜特別,但可以無限添加!另外個湯有鴨肉、大量嘅冬菇同埋麻油煮成,有種好補,中藥嘅感覺。

簡單嘅甜品最睇得出廚師功架🤩呢個芒果糯米飯真係超高質,芒果香甜得好誇張,另外糯米飯好咁煮得剛好🤤唔會黐牙但又保留到糯米飯嘅煙韌,而且仲巧妙地運用鹹鹹地嘅椰汁,平衡翻香港嘅甜,好好食😋😋😋!

食物和環境都不錯,但是在這次冠状病毒爆發期间,這餐廳所有的侍應都没有戴上口罩,用餐期間看見一侍應拿著餸菜和另一位侍應談話,談話完畢才把餸菜送到客人枱上,雖然他們都有禮貌地介紹每道餸菜,但在沒有帶上口罩下,倒不如不開口介紹罷了! 我和朋友在想,廚師們是否也沒有帶上口罩煮他們的美食呢? 這個午餐我們都感到很不安且不放鬆。相信在病毒末消失前或除非服務員會戴上口罩,否則我不會再回来或推荐给朋友。希望他们能重视每位客户的意見,並且能照顧客人和员工的安全,管理層回复説他們每天都為員工測量氣溫和用洗手液,但這足夠嗎? 希望管理層再次了解如何做好防疫措施! 以上意見只是希望他們做得更好。

While food and dishes were presented by waiters/waitresses, we felt uncomfortable when they’re not wearing face masks. We, not just HK but the whole world, are all facing the contagious disease COVID-19. F&B industry and its employees over places have been found confirmed with the infection.

I was asked for comment by email after dining , and I left a gentle comment on this. Ridiculously, the restaurant manager replied me that “diners are not wearing masks, neither are we(the staff)” and accused me of common-sense-lacking. She also claimed that “without staff wearing masks, they’re providing time for diner to feel “ normal” and “escape from reality”. Reality exists no matter how you try escape from it.

另外,係呢段肺炎高峰期期間,waitress都冇戴口罩,而且上每道菜時都會喺菜式上面介紹嗰道菜,雖然佢哋都好有心好有禮貌,但不免令人擔心,又唔好意思叫佢哋唔好咁近d食物講嘢。如果介意嘅話,大家可以選擇肺炎完咗先幫襯。

值得一提的是,個雞湯雖然清,但係非常辣,不過點菜時侍應都有提我地的,問我地需唔需要轉做唔辣嘅湯,係我哋選擇照要😂 如果唔食得辣嘅朋友,就記得要轉喇!

Crispy fishcakes and sweet pork salad with green mango and coriander,脆魚餅和甜豬肉沙拉搭配青芒果和香菜,服務員幫忙混合後,這是一口能吃出無數種口感的菜,油炸的、清脆的、軟的、甜的、辣的等等,如果不是看菜單我完全不知道在吃什麼。但是沒想到非常有味道,拿來配飯不知不覺吃了很多。我覺得甜豬肉非常好吃,脆魚餅放的太多,有點油膩,而且味道不足。整體搭配青芒果解膩還是非常不錯的。

甜品點了龍眼冰加湯圓,兩粒龍眼浸泡在冰沙汁裡面,外面搭配兩粒湯圓。湯圓非常好吃,不知為何有濃郁的煙薰味道,龍眼則感覺有點甜,沒有的新鮮的感覺。

菜式整體非常有趣,偏重口味,非常下飯,每個人都吃了兩大碗米飯,口感味道交錯複雜,美中不足就是幾乎每道菜都偏甜,讓人感覺有點膩,除此之外非常喜歡,肯定會再來。

That was delicious every dish. From starter to dessert . All the taste mixed up in good way. Spicy/ Sweet/ Salty/ Sour get well balance. Even used curry paste after ate spicy taste  wouldn't last for long. Pomelo, prawns and toasted coconut on betel leaves that's great starter . Betel leaves it is very rare for usual Thai restaurant. The lime cut in very small bits chew together with prawns meat / dried strimp bits that taste become very complicated. Even lime skin inside but not much bitterness

Nomatter what filling Coconut dumplings only two that may be not enough for us.😁

The service is friendly and smily all the time.

We chose this Pomelo, Prawns, Toasted Coconut and Lime on Betel Leaves as starter course. It was definitely wonderful! The prawns were meaty. The pomelo, toasted coconut and lime made a great salad with the seafood. Yet, beware of the green pepper, I chewed some seeds and they immediately made my tongue on fire!

Main course was this Crispy Perch with Tamarind and Chilli. It was kinda like Chinese style sweet and sour fish. The fish was fried before marinated with the “sweet and sour sauce”. It went really well with the coconut rice! What I like most was the fried herbal leaves (Perilla leaves)! Fish was fresh, but the sauce kinda masked its real taste.

Dessert was a delightful Longan Soup and Coconut Dumpling. The sweet, refreshing soup with ice made a great dessert with the fruit. And the coconut dumpling was absolutely fantastic! The coconut shreds wrapped around a mochi like dumpling with peanut stuffing. Definitely out of our expectation!

I would recommend you to try out Aaharn to do it justice.

Great food, great atmosphere, and incredibly helpful and friendly staffs. They also change their menu from time to time, so that's great because you'll get to try new dishes every now and then. I think by now they would have change their menu, but judging on what we had earlier, I'm sure the food will continue to be top notched.Plus, it's rare to find a restaurant in HK where the tables are placed far enough from each other for privacy.
