朋友比我早到,一早已安坐好,叫左杯莎當妮,邊飲邊等邊觀賞熟食中心人生百態。呢度做得歐陸菜,美酒固然少不了。店子小小,wine list卻很多樣化。由香檳至port wine都有供應,而且價錢實惠。

但對於真正嘅酒鬼嚟講,最吸引嘅選擇莫過於呢度係免收開瓶費的。因此水,我特地帶左支白酒去開。即使唔收crockage, 餐廳的配套卻很專業,準備好冰桶、雪過嘅酒杯,老闆仲全程侍酒,間中同客人cheers, 非常互動過癮。

我哋兩個人叫左以下菜式, 簡評如下:

1. 龍蝦湯($118)配送餐包
龍蝦湯好大件頭,兩個女仔分都足夠。一上菜嗰陣時個樣好吸引,香氣撲鼻。有一隻龍蝦甜嘅肉擺喺中間,鮮甜彈牙!個湯飲得出真材實料👍餐包香軟但唔甜,有種獨特的煙韌口感配上牛油又剛剛好,like!

2. 鵝肝凍撻配覆盆子($138)
好精緻,哦剛好滑溜配埋raspberry微酸,正。個撻比較腍同埋唔夠牛油香,呢度要扣少少分。

3. 西班牙燒乳豬($218)
呢個好好食!豬皮香脆,底下肥膏甘香可口,加埋薯蓉,十分可口!

4. 法式鴿子千層批($268)
呢個是最愛!有多重味道同口感,椰菜、巴馬火腿、雞肉慕絲、鵝肝同鮮嫩鴿胸,好豐富。伴碟薯蓉絕對可以成為主角, 佢軟滑中有點薯粒,好香松露同牛油香,好正。加上有點焦糖香的醬汁,成個菜式十分精彩!

5. 拿破崙千層酥($68)
好香的酥皮,美味但不算十分獨特。

6. 巴伐洛娃蛋白餅($68)
呢個是我甜品中的最愛!講複雜程度,賣呢個價已是無敵。蛋白餅香脆、蛋白霜同忌廉香軟,配上酸甜熱情果汁同多種鮮果,口感同視覺都非常豐富,大推!

無加一,只收現金,當晚人均 $463。食物高質,食得開心又滿足👍👍👍
兩人一枱撐枱腳得, 一大班人嚟開酒暢飲又得,非常之flexible.

兩個麻甩食乜好、通常不外乎壽司、邊爐、打冷、小抄,如果你又想食西餐,又唔想俾人覺得你Hehe , 地方又要有FEEL的話,上環皇后街熟食市場ABC 絕對係不二之選。香港西班牙餐廳選擇相對偏小,而且好多間都只係幾年貨仔,ABC 可以話係其中一間云云之中最歷史悠久嘅一間西班牙餐廳。雖然佢唔似正常西班牙餐廳有好多唔同種類Tapas 任君選擇,而且菜式比較狹窄,但正正呢個關係每一道菜都做得比較精,而且價錢相宜,良心出品、本人最深刻莫過於威靈頓牛柳,相比已經結業Gordon Ramsay 威靈頓牛柳,個人覺得ABC更勝一籌,當然文華酒店的威靈頓牛柳可以話係香港首個一次美味,但與A B C相比3xx 一客兩大舊Vs 過1k 一客 , ABC真係未必會輸好多,鍾意食威靈頓牛柳嘅朋友都知道該道菜工序繁複、ABC做到外皮酥,有菌香、意式火腿香、牛柳有肉味、Juicy , 即叫即焗,誠意滿分PS : 可以自己帶酒免開瓶費, 但記得要請老闆一齊飲番杯😊喺一個麻甩環境下兩個麻甩喺度嘆西班牙菜絕對係一個另類享受

Dipping the mustard helps offset the heaviness of meat, though it is relatively less fatty than most suckling pig. The mashed potato exudes a rich butter smell. How sinful😈! The pig is as well served with red beets, sadly I am not a big fan.

ABC Kitchen is a rare restaurant at food Centre of HK that is focused on contemporary European cuisine. You can taste the Spanish suckling pig, Italian pasta and French duck confit at the same place. The price is ok and the experience is really interesting. Suckling pig is a must try item and lamb with Harissa sauce is really surprising me.

Let’s jump to the good part first: they allow BYOB with no corkage fee (also offer a list of wine options).


For starters: The mushroom soup looks simple, but it’s probably the thickest and richest one i’ve ever had. The oysters were not the cheapest, but they were huge and super fresh, which brings back sydney vibes. We went for the clams and foie gras as recommended by the staff and we were stunned by its quality. The clams were steamed in sherry wine and it’s zesty and spicy to our liking, with the addition of chorizo infused in tomato sauce it brings out the freshness in the seafood, and also makes the dish incredibly flavourful. The foie gras was smoothly and soft textured, strong burst of umami which was balanced out by the sweetness in the apple sauce, tastes heavenly 🤍

(we are big eaters and we went a bit crazy, it’ll be cheaper if you don’t order as much as we did and go for a “normal” / standard portion for a party of two)

朋友book咗星期五晚上6:30 ABC Kitchen,打算試吓新嘢。一開始沒什麼其他客人,可以悠閑的傾解,餐廳服務很好,我們自己帶來的紅酒打不開,老闆很好心地幫我們開紅酒,之後還一直很熱情的幫我們倒酒。順便一提,在這裡吃飯,自己帶酒是沒有另外收費的😊每人點了兩隻生蠔,味道非常新鮮甜美,帶著淡淡的海水的鹹味😋沙拉有一點普通,不過不失沒什麼特別。鴨脾比乳豬好吃,乳豬的皮烤得太硬了,鴨皮脆脆的剛剛好。七點多之後,人開始多了起來,也許是星期五晚上的緣故,有非常多外國人來這裡聚餐,聊天嘻笑的聲音越來越大,和朋友講話需要大聲吼叫才能聽到,於是我們匆匆吃完就離開了,本來打算叫甜品的也放棄了,一來是因為環境太吵了受不了,再來是覺得這裡的定價其實偏貴,如果換成是一間安靜的高級餐廳,我們不介意多付一點錢買氣氛,但是在這樣的環境,這個定價就不值得了。
