今日去要去元朗開會,平時都好少去元朗加上午餐時間比較趕,但見到「炙・宴」評價唔錯,就入去試下睇係咪啱啲忙碌上班族食。可能因為一個關係等位都算快,環境都算唔錯,一個人坐都唔覺得侷促。我點咗火炙叉燒豬骨醬油拉麵,成碗麵嘅賣相非常吸引。湯底濃郁但唔會太油膩,帶有淡淡嘅醬油香,入口舒服。叉燒係炙燒過嘅,外層帶有少少焦香,肉質唔會太肥,但口感嫩滑。麵條亦非常彈牙,煮得啱啱好,啲湯底同麵條嘅比例控制得幾理想。餐廳服務算幾快,拉麵由落單到上枱只係等咗唔夠十分鐘,對於午餐時間唔多嘅我嚟講,呢個速度係非常加分。不過,午市時段人流的確比較多,等位大概等咗5分鐘,幸好翻枱速度都算快。「炙・宴」其實幾啱上班一個人要快食,啱啱好滿足到趕時間但又想食啲有質素拉麵嘅需要,下次有多啲時間一定會再慢慢細嘗其他菜式! continue reading

每次經過都想試,坐位唔算多,未到7點已經要開始等位。食物賣相吸引,份量足,但價錢相對貴。炸雞芝士黑咖哩飯 $984舊炸雞,超香脆,日式咖哩微辣、偏杰身,舖上燒過既芝士,但未溶得晒,咖哩食落有少少墨汁味。加$15轉套餐,包味噌湯及迷你沙律。宮崎和牛鍋 $189湯底可選壽喜燒或豬骨清湯,和牛雪花紋, 非常吸引,但得3片,有牛味,但唔係入口即溶。另有雜菜、芋絲 、豆腐、冬菇、金菇等,清湯冇乜味,跟白飯一碗。價錢相當貴,味道普通,完全不值這個價錢。 continue reading

成日食日本定食時1516咁,心大心細咁每次都想食吾同類型既野,今次比我見到炙・宴出左二重丼,一個價錢,有2款不同的食物重包埋小食餃子🥟沙律、湯品同甜品上網睇原來有好多分店,我就過嚟元朗YOHO試吓,平日18:00可以直接入座,相信19:00就會比較多人角切魚生丼配烏冬雖然係角切魚生,但係材料都係新鮮,顏色配搭鮮明,而且青瓜粒口感更加清新,另外配搭冷烏冬質感更煙靭,啱晒炎炎嘅夏日豬肉餃子外皮微微帶焦香,咬落有肉汁宮崎和牛丼配烏冬和牛表面帶微焦,咬下肉質很嫩,配上甜甜既醬汁,吃下去很開胃🤤呢個價錢係幾抵食,甜品係黃豆粉蕨餅,口感煙靭軟糯 continue reading
