見到有介紹呢間壽司小店,炙燒壽司又平賣相又好,即刻就同朋友衝左去試下。估唔到七點左右去到已經坐滿哂,門口仲有幾個食客等緊外賣,超誇張,我哋都更加期待佢既壽司。舖頭既座位好少,黎既朋友預返要等位。一坐低,見到壽司全部都係平民價,就同朋友瘋狂咁寫。朋友叫既,有霜降牛、三文魚、劍魚腩、帶子、海膽等等,太多我唔一一寫落出黎,大家可以睇相。我叫既,有鰻魚、帶子、霜降牛等等。一句講哂:全部都超級好食因為係火炙壽司,所以好香,而且火候控制得好好,唔會比焦香蓋過左食材既味道。食得出食材好新鮮,肉質肥美,壽司既飯都握得好好,唔會一夾就散,又唔會握得太實。老闆都會同客人傾下計,問下係住邊區,點樣知佢間舖,壽司好唔好食等等。黎開深水埗既朋友,呢間小店係必食之選,又抵食又好食。

一句講哂:全部都超級好食

因為係火炙壽司,所以好香,而且火候控制得好好,唔會比焦香蓋過左食材既味道。食得出食材好新鮮,肉質肥美,壽司既飯都握得好好,唔會一夾就散,又唔會握得太實。
老闆都會同客人傾下計,問下係住邊區,點樣知佢間舖,壽司好唔好食等等。
黎開深水埗既朋友,呢間小店係必食之選,又抵食又好食。

至於其他壽司就正常嘅,正常三文魚好食過炙燒,而北寄貝就屬正常水平。但虎蝦🐯🦐就出奇哋幾鮮甜彈牙👍🏻,最好食就係蟹籽,一嚟係量多,二嚟係夠甜好爆醬,早知叫多幾嚿。另外想講講啲壽司飯,呢樣亦係我最唔鐘意嘅地方,比較硬,而且唔夠醋味🙅🏿‍♀️,近白飯嘅味道。

喺深水埗行過,見到呢間炙,睇餐牌啲相好似幾正咁,於是就決定試下。因為係下午茶,所以我地淨係嗌咗四件火炙壽司,分別係油甘魚、比目魚群邊、三文魚腩同鵝肝。佢一燒就已經聞到好香火炙味,賣相好靚。比目魚同三文魚腩有好多魚油,超級好食。鵝肝嘅份量都唔少,雖然唔係好厚,但係好香口。反而油甘魚就麻麻地,有啲乾身,食唔到魚味,唔知因為係舊魚本身唔係好肥,定係因為佢燒得太耐。見到佢有好多款手卷,希望下次可以試下啦。

係附近收工見今日happy friday就買啲野食獎勵下自己啦,深水埗一路都出名有好多唔同種類既野食,但無唸過原來壽司店都有幾間,離西九龍中心不遠都有兩三間,今日就揀呢間試下,自己最中意就係軟殼蟹,唸都無唸就叫左軟殼蟹手卷,即叫即整,夠多飯,而且飯粒好煙韌,真係珍珠米既口感,軟殼蟹份量都足夠,由頭食到尾都仲有沙律醬同蟹,面頭有一小堆蟹子,蟹肉同紫菜都夠脆,紫菜絕對唔係擺左好耐林曬個啲,成個手卷都只係盛惠20蚊,抵食又好食!

再黎一個軟殼蟹手卷,有別於一般既天婦羅炸軟殼蟹,呢個軟殼蟹係脆殼,口感較特別,不錯!

約左去朋友屋企玩,順便買少少野食上去食,朋友帶左我去佢屋企附近買外賣壽司雖然店舖細細地,但都有幾個位俾大家坐底堂食天花就掛左好多旗仔,好有日式feel而餐廳一邊有個雪櫃,入面有d沙律、丼飯同野飲俾人選購,另一邊就係個收銀同廚房劃完呢張餐牌就拎去落單俾錢,佢地既壽司係即刻手握,所以要等一陣我地就係雪櫃果邊揀左一個蟹籽沙律蟹籽份量中等,青瓜尚算爽口,不過就落左好多沙律醬,有少少水汪汪,但味道都ok然後我地又揀左17件手握壽司$5有20款手握壽司,$12仲有手卷,其他果d都唔係話好貴,好多唔同類別既魚都有壽司既質素同味道都唔錯三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚同帶子都幾新鮮肥美北寄貝都唔錯鰻魚好惹味總體味道唔錯,下次可以試下火炙果d,應該會更重油香味~可惜我屋企附近冇分店,如果唔係,我應該都會成日幫襯佢!!

之前經過有留意到哩間即製壽司店,哩次咁啱行過,咁啱晏晝有少少餓,又未到飯點,就買少少醫下肚。店入面有少少地方可以坐低既,就食埋先走。軟殼蟹手卷($20)賣相好可愛,係用熊本熊紙卷住既。軟殼蟹幾乾身,都幾好味既,可能因為軟殼蟹本身就無得輸 XD比目魚裙邊($12)& 厚燒鰻魚($15)火炙壽司啱做好就出品,美味真係會翻倍。哩兩件唔使點醬油,都燒得幾香了。整體來講,因為鋪頭名叫“炙”,正常都會對火炙壽司有所期望,而出來既壽司,燒得啱啱好,都滿足都期望既。不過咁食下就47蚊了,係深水埗區來講,坐低係餐廳食個茶餐都係咁上下。所以抵唔抵食就見人見智啦,同埋對比起身,惗惗下都可能走去食個茶餐算了 ;)  但我覺得佢既出品係幾好既~

整體來講,因為鋪頭名叫“炙”,正常都會對火炙壽司有所期望,而出來既壽司,燒得啱啱好,都滿足都期望既。
不過咁食下就47蚊了,係深水埗區來講,坐低係餐廳食個茶餐都係咁上下。所以抵唔抵食就見人見智啦,同埋對比起身,惗惗下都可能走去食個茶餐算了 ;)  但我覺得佢既出品係幾好既~
