五年前在深圳食過後,就想再試東北風味,發現在太子的「阿純山東餃子」,便約朋友一試。白菜鮮肉餃:多汁飽滿,味道不錯。東北窩窩頭:記憶中窩窩頭由玉米、黃豆粉蒸成,理應軟熟像包子,但觸手一刻,指尖傳來的熱度,再望望指頭的油跡,已知是經過油炸,但我不是點炸饅頭啊?!唔緊要,可能係特別製法呢,照放伴菜進窩頭,伴菜味道帶咸,有花生柞菜等,空口食也可,只是窩頭經油炸後,實在太硬了,如果改為配煉奶,會更合口味。拔絲地瓜:上枱時舖面的糖絲幼細如髮絲,地瓜包滿糖漿,糖漿很薄,但可能熱度不足,未有拉絲效果。

連我這個很怕羊肉腥羶的人,也一口接一口大啖的別這味孜然炒羊肉飯。孜然完全去除了羊肉的羶味,加上洋蔥、青椒、紅尖椒等配料,惹味可口。如果羊肉份量多一點更好,因為都係一流的拌飯菜。

今天點了以下兩款食物:京葱羊肉餃(10隻):這是我最愛吃的餃子,每隻餃子都脹卜卜的,一口咬開,餡料充足,有羊肉香味,肉汁豐富,再蘸一點蒜蓉醋,美味無窮。這10隻餃子$54,若價錢便宜一點就更好。回鍋肉飯午市套餐:份量不多,不過炒得香氣十足,味道也很不錯。菜青綠爽脆,豬肉就肥肉太多沒什麼瘦肉。不過,這套餐只要$38 ,還附送湯,我選的酸辣湯夠酸夠辣,味道很好,若湯更稠一點就更佳。這店的服務就比較一般,我們的桌子上沒餐牌,最初請店員給我們餐牌,但她沒加理會,結果是鄰桌的客人把自己桌上的餐牌遞給我們的。

同用清水煮麵無分別

真心唔明點解會拎米芝蓮

知道呢間係米之蓮推介店,原本冇諗住去,有緣路過就入去試試,無乜奇望。餐牌都好多選擇,話係山東菜。講真我認識山東菜唔多,見食客都係叫午市套餐。但係我覺得既然招牌係餃子館,都想試吓佢哋餃子嘅水準。環境冇乜特別,都算係企理乾淨,標準防疫措施都做足,人手亦足。見到餐牌寫住餃子都有幾多種類,價錢都唔同。其中一隻因為黑蚊蚊吸引到我嘅注意力,而且唔想食得太飽,所以叫咗兩隻餃子一黑一白都係魚肉做餡。鮁魚餃,即係馬鮫魚肉入餡嘅餃子,都食到些少魚肉嘅鮮甜味,加入韭菜提鮮及提供不同口感。最可惜係魚肉嘅口感好差,一pat pat 有種唔知食緊乜咁嘅感覺,又唔可以話核突,用奇怪來形容較合適。呢隻仲衰,個名就好聽叫青島墨魚餃。問侍應佢話黑色係墨魚汁做成,但其實餡料裏面冇墨魚,係用蝦滑加豬肉雞肉絞碎而成。味道比之前嗰隻更差,食唔出有咩蝦味,口感一樣都係一pat pat唔知食緊乜咁。六蚊1隻餃子咁嘅水準,我攞去街邊食魚蛋冇咁嬲。不過好多時出街食嘢都係咁,要嘗試新野就要冒險。

這是我第二次光顧這間餃子店了,因為之前叫了一款大眾餃子,覺得好普通,所以今次特意叫了其他店都很少做的薺菜鮮肉餃,味道就較新鮮了!說真的,我未吃過薺菜,起初有些擔心會有一陣怪味,因為本人不喜歡芫荽,最討厭那種味道,但吃下的味道就沒有怪味,好似普通菜一樣,餃子的肉汁多,餃皮是不同於平常的餃皮,應該是人手搓出來。不過48元10隻普通大小的餃子🥟,如果是一個大男人,是絕對吃不飽,我也只是剛剛好!我覺得性價比低!

我一直都好鍾意食餃子,所以就想試吓依間有好多正評嘅餃子店🤤叫咗韭菜豬肉餃同茴香豬肉餃,餃子不過不失。成餐飯令我最有驚喜係拔絲地瓜,之前食開嘅拔絲地瓜有好多又高嘅拔絲喺上面,雖然呢個拔絲唔算多但係每個地瓜都均勻地鋪上糖漿,味道唔太甜食多幾舊都唔覺膩👍🏾唯一可改善係地瓜可以再林啲。

又在太子工程,沒想到可吃甚麼,恐防金X据扒太飽滯,又來了山東酸辣湯,味道聞落挺酸的,亦沒有試。薺菜茴香餃子,味道香而特別,內裏亦有汁,也是味道不錯。手撕雞湯麵,次次都會叫,湯底普通,但雞味道夠香。雖然通常都有些雞胸,但都會有一隻雞翼,亦不錯。孜然羊肉炒,反而,羊肉味不算特別羶香,但炒得挺有鑊氣。羊肉份量不多,但可配合辣椒油以為桌上一盒的生蒜粒,加添滋味。看見阿姐在吃長形包,但細問下原來那非餐牌上的菜式,只是她們的山東自家包點食品
