今晚我到長沙灣接友人放工,見到一間日本餐廳,環境非常地道,於是決定在餐廳食晚餐。前菜是芥辣八爪魚,用杯仔放精緻,而且越食好似越有咁,感覺深不見底,擺盤的用心,很佩服。味淋魚干燒得香軟,咬上口香酥配上蛋黃醬,簡直是絕配。黑蒜黑豚肉卷,烤出來有燒烤的滋味,咬上口啖啖肉汁溢出來,而且黑蒜醬味道和黑豚肉配合得很好,都係一個新嘗試,幾獨特的一個新組合。蟹膏醬燒北海道帶子,真的很出色,不單止北海道帶子大大粒,仲要夠鮮甜,墊上菇吸收了北海道帶子的海鮮味,簡直回味無窮,如果唔係呢餐豐富食到飽飽, 呢道菜一定encore!煙肉櫻花蝦煎廣島蠔,呢個組合都係第一次見,鋪上一大層櫻花蝦,非常適合下酒品嚼一番,配上煙肉,配上廣島蠔,蠔的鮮甜配上煙肉的鹹香,正正配合得很好。刺身方面,三文魚腩刺身非常厚,而且吃上口的油香齒頰留香,呢個厚度,真系呢度先食到!另外,深海池魚王刺身厚切兩大片,滿滿的鮮甜,可見餐廳用料非常新鮮。最後,一鍋黑蒜豬軟骨拉麵,香濃之餘豬軟骨的量是我預期中的兩倍,拉麵也十分正宗,咬上口彈牙爽。
