唔講唔知,其實新蒲崗都有好多用心嘅小店,今次就黎到日本菜餐廳,食咗唔少好味而用心嘅小菜啦!頭盤首先要左半打生蠔先,生蠔超級新鮮、乾淨!仲食到淡淡的海水味架,加少少檸檬汁,就可以成隻放落口,鮮味一次過係口入面爆發,每人至少食兩隻先夠喉喎!仲有點少得要一個刺身船來即刻試吓呢!每件刺身都係厚切,特別鍾意佢嘅海膽,雖然唔係北海道海膽,但係完全無腥、臭味,食落帶點香甜,加分所以食完刺身船之後,仲追加左海膽手卷,海膽份量超級足架,食到尾都仲食到海膽!魚燒得啱啱好,肉質尚算嫩滑,唔使特別多嘅調味已經食到佢嘅鮮味清酒煮蜆酒味十分之重,平時我都會將啲湯飲晒,但係因為今次酒味太濃,就冇飲到湯。不過蜆肉十分之足料喎,食落十分之鮮味。本身想叫一個鐵板牛柳粒過下口癮,對佢期望冇話好似刺身咁大,但係反而令人好有驚喜,牛柳粒一啲都唔韌,肉汁好多,加上大量香蒜一齊食,正呀!必點!最後重點左一個誇張至極嘅原條鰻魚飯,上台真係差啲嚇親啦因為條鰻魚真係超級超級大,啱晒我呢個鰻魚控。鰻魚燒得啱啱好,而且肉質夠滑,個汁夠甜,送飯一流!

今晚利完新浦崗mikiki,友人話附近有間新開既日本野,所以一到赤山一試。芝麻八爪魚($26):味道不但香甜,而且八爪魚非常新鮮,而醬汁都非常有水準,非常彈牙,絕對要一試。螺肉($26):細細粒既螺肉,肉味香濃,加上香辣適中,唔會有太大雪味,係餐前必叫小食。赤具刺身($36):原隻赤貝新鮮用冰上,不計味道,淨睇已經非常吸睛,食落更加新鮮可口,非常新鮮,不用醬油已經帶出赤貝甘甜鮮味。帶子壽司($36):帶子用上大size,食落有著甜味外,還帶出日本的海水風味,加上用火輕燒,令到帶子更加香口,非常惹味。鐵板一口和牛粒($58):牛肉不但有著濃郁的牛肉味外,而且肉質非常鮮嫩,入口亦有溶化之口感,加上黑椒的配搭絕對係必食之食物。燒粟米($22):用上日本的超甜粟米,食粒爽脆之外,每粒粟米都有著牛油和海鹽調味,所以食落咸咸香香,非常值得一試。總括來說,如此有水準的日本餐廳,來到新蒲崗一定要一試。

鐵板一口和牛粒($58):牛肉不但有著濃郁的牛肉味外,而且肉質非常鮮嫩,入口亦有溶化之口感,加上黑椒的配搭絕對係必食之食物。

燒粟米($22):用上日本的超甜粟米,食粒爽脆之外,每粒粟米都有著牛油和海鹽調味,所以食落咸咸香香,非常值得一試。

總括來說,如此有水準的日本餐廳,來到新蒲崗一定要一試。
