Al Dente (Closed)

下午一點半, 店內坐滿客人. 在沒有訂位的情況下, 剛巧有客人離開, 店員立即為我們安排了座位. 介紹了是日餐湯, 意粉和 pizza. 我倆都叫了 set lunch. 跟湯的麵包似一件件小蛋糕, 一邊皮有少少脆, 很好味, 忍吾住想食多件. 磨菇忌廉湯有大大片磨菇, 味道好又不會太 creamy. 主菜我們 share 食, 白汁雞肉偏意粉, 白汁的份量剛好, 雞肉都幾大舊, 味道幾清. 辣肉腸 pizza, 薄薄的, 好香脆, 不會膩. 甜品是蘋果批伴雪糕, 因為太飽, 所以揀了咖啡或茶.店員服務不錯, 小小的店, 座位間略嫌狹窄一點.

I can't believe so many people support this restaurant. They have bad services.The food is not that great, there are lots of other choices which are better than this.I won't go there again. Don't want to waste my money again.

This is my first time to this place, a friend recommended it to me, and it is indeed a good choice. I will visit this restaurant again defintely.The shop is very small but except this, everything is great. Food is tasty and in quite a large amount, so I say the price is reasonable. The decor of the restaurant is nice, and the atmosphere is wonderful with the candle lights. I also like the jazz music they play. Went to have dinner with friend on last friday~~~I would like to say the food is good, although the shop is small, the pasta, salad and pizza is good, but I think if they could have more choice for the desert, it would be much nicer~~~By the way, I think the people work in there is very nice~~~When they know we went there for birthday dinner~~~ they sing for us~~~ hohohohoho~~~

上次同朋友 J 0黎呢隻食 lunch, 覺得食物好掂 (見 http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1918736), 今次拉朋友 K 0黎再試. 又係一人揀一份 set lunch ($79) share 食, 有餐湯 or 沙律, 主菜一碟, 及飲品 or 甜品 (若要飲品 AND 甜品, set lunch 就 $88).先0黎 table bread, 今次比上次熱辣, 香草味夠, 尚算軟腍, 但實在太乾了, 唔0岩食.我揀了 Gammon ham salad, 沙律菜幾新鮮, dressing 酸酸的帶點 mustard oil 香, 開胃; ham 就係帶點 smoked 味及胡椒味的 Canadian bacon, 味道可以.朋友則要了餐湯 carrot soup, 不過賣相不錯, 我無試, 朋友0既評語就係 "ok 啦".主菜揀了 Pasta of the day, 今次的係 penne with tomato and chilli sauce -- 聞落香噴噴, 坑紋 penne

九月十二日(星期五)由於見到openrice的網友大讚Al Dente,為食二人組當然要試試啦!上個星期試過訂位,不過full house,今次比較"醒目"呢,星期一就訂星期五了!他們是用英語的呢!分開兩個time slot:12:00 - 1:00 或者1:00 - 2:00,我們選擇了後者呢!不算難找,原來是在tim's kitchen對面的呢!店子比我想像中小,是開放式的,所以冷氣不太足夠,但是不會吃得滿身是汗的!..我們十二時四十五左右到達,但是未有座位,還是要站一會,給其他客人以為我們是waiter先來兩杯冰水給我們降降溫呢!,看看menu,他們沒有例出今日的pasta是甚麼,一問之下,原來是with garlic,好!見到其他網友都說pasta不錯,就試試了吧,老公就選擇了Mediterranean lamb kebab首先,可選擇湯,而是日餐湯為南瓜湯,我倆也不好南瓜,就選擇 Gammon ham salad,都算大碟呢!有蕃茄仔等,ham好吃呢!...而甜甜的味道,原來是加了酒,我都不知道...此時,熱辣辣的麵包送過來了!見到店員是從那個鐵爐夾出來的,非常新鮮似的!對此

係openrice 介紹下, 又多了這間晚飯好食處星期三晚與一位朋友預先book位去試, 早到了15分鐘, 餐廳巳經8成半滿, 好好人既待應打趣說我們早到這麼多後便安排我們入座, 坐到最近廚房出菜位的2人餐桌坐下後不久巳點菜, 因為看過各位食家的食評後, 點了熱門既"魚子醬三文魚沙律", "燒豬仔骨" 同埋"招牌細size pizza", 落單既女待應是用英文的, 所以我朋友亦用英文點菜. 在送上餐包後, 我開始發覺背部有熱氣攻身, 始知後面的廚部正泡製各種要菜... 最先上菜的當然是沙律, 好足料沙律又新鮮, 食落好清新, 正丫, 上菜速度是適中, 差不多吃完沙律, pizza 就送來, 薄批夠脆, 濃厚既芝士又煙靭有口感, 芝士與批有點藕斷絲連, yummy. 邊食邊傾, 實在是一個好地方, 除左熱了一點外, 最後上場是豬仔骨, 送來先真係嘩了一聲, 份量真係好足好夠, 兩大排的舖充大碟, 仲有好香脆的薯角同伴碟沙律, 豬仔骨的骨子很幼, 吃到是夠鬆化夠入味的肉, 正正正丫. 本想為這餐劃上完美的句號, 但實在很飽吃不下甜品了, 只好留待下一次. 必會再去, 但最好約多幾位朋友去

這間舖仔位子不多，所以一定要預早一兩日訂位。雖然舖仔的位置頗為闢靜，但是看到好的食評不少，所以即管一試。試後真是喜出望外。質素非常高。我們點了一個Al Dente招牌薄餅和牛扒配大蝦。薄餅有很濃的芝士味，超好食。牛扒加上肉汁又好好食，大蝦又整的好好食，但價錢只係$250，餐牌上還有很多是很想試的，所以遲D一定會再來。總括而言，250蚊就食到酒店級數的扒餐，超正。DBS的優惠已經完左，請大家留意。

今日pm先決定食呢度,打哩book 7:30pm, but they said put us at 7pm coz 7:30 is full. 男友7pm左右就到,坐定定飲住青島等我. 原來間舖好細(比我預期),我哋坐係中間中張2人枱,枱同枱之間得好少位,唔算有太多privacy (if u have sweet words to say), but 嘢食唔錯.先來一客傳聞的面包蛋糕,可能我比較鍾意食面包,所以覺得怪怪的我哋無嗌starter,因為要食dessert!!!!! 但我見到好多人食三文魚沙律,個樣就一般,唔知好唔好食呢.Pasta 要咗 Seafood Angel Hair ($98) : 好食, 唔知係咪話用tomato sauce 呢, 但個樣就一D都無蕃茄汁,有D似炒意粉,不過就出其地好食,但奇怪係seafood淨係得蝦同露荀同cheery tomato. 都無其它seafood. 二人的晚餐一個羊西冷 (麻麻地...) 一個雙蝦白汁天使麵(唔錯 好creamy) 甜品 Banana Caramel Cake 好正特別係個特厚消化餅餅底!!! Perfect match with the banana and cream!!The environment is quite dark, with candle on the table. Quite romantic.

因為天雨的關係, 所以選地方慶祝也揀就腳一點的地方之前係OR research過依間西餐廳, 見到d食評都唔錯加上親愛的常記掛著意大利飯, 所以就決定來Al Dente了親愛的打電話來時, staff話已經full-booking, 幸好親好的問可否walk-in, staff才回答可以六點walk-in, 這點不夠好下著雨, 幸好由灣仔地鐵站行去的路程不遠來到我地竟然係唯一的customers!個服境好好, 細細間情侶來一流, 有高sofa, 裝修不俗 可能人少少的關係, 所以個類似manager對我們服務很不錯又主動幫我地影相, 又搞下笑, 問我地要唔要多d bread講到食, 餐前的soft bread幾得意, 外層有d脆, 入面鬆軟加上olive oil, 少許cheese和牛油香油味道都幾特別我們點了Risotto, Rib Eye Steak, 魚子醬煙三文牛油果沙律salad: 恕我井底, 我自己未食過魚子醬, 所以唔係好識欣賞不過個salad dressing係olive oil加黑醋, 食落去酸酸地幾開胃smoke salmon都幾大塊, 不過味道略淡, 配上cape

我最喜愛的灣仔餐廳之一。set lunch才$79，絕對不會將貨就價。麵包 - 水準之作，仍有微溫，十分鬆軟雜菜湯 - good goodtomato pasta - 絕對al dente，配乾煙肉片，味道spicychocolate cake 配 vanilla icecream - 一冷一熱的有趣配搭，chocolate cake不甜，正合胃口快點快點跟babe再來!!!

知道這裡有四式芝士麵~所以跟同樣喜歡芝士的朋友來品嚐一下!~點了一個salad~一個main course : 特式意大利雞扒,當然不少得四式芝士菠菜麵!特式意大利雞扒 : 雞肉鮮嫩, 配菜也不錯~ 值得一試!四式芝士菠菜麵 : 芝士味不算太濃, 有點似白汁麵, 不過也算不錯的選擇!
