香煎雞胸釀芝士配波蘿沙沙

雞胸內外兼備,入面釀了芝士,外面用煙肉包著再煎,十分吸引。雞胸不鞋口,煎的時候剛好。而外皮則被煎得十分香脆。再配以波蘿沙沙,少少酸味,中和油膩感,意想不到的匹配。

吃到最後,有點意猶未盡,就點了個甜品,女生嘛,就是喜歡甜點的啦。

肚子脹脹的,就點個酸溜溜的檸檬撻解下濟。一上台,是藝術品來的吧,presentation 超美的,有點不捨得破壞它啊!撻面燒得有少少焦的,營造一個強烈的視覺效果。撻皮鬆化香脆,很可品,而中間的檸檬酸度適中,令人愈吃愈開胃!

鮮果茶有橙、蘋果等在內,不會太甜,在這寒冬下喝一口熱茶,暖在心頭。

大快朵頤後,邊喝熱茶邊傾計,環境氣氛不錯,而且沒有時間限制。今晚雖是平日,但餐廳卻是滿座的,幸好早點訂位,享受了舒適的一晚。

跟朋友來到北角,不為其他,只為來吃一個英式下午茶。餐牌很美,不過我們是有目的的來吃英式下午茶,沒有細看。餐廳的環境不錯。首先來到的是飲品,後面的是曲奇甚麼的(忘記了XD),前面紫色的是紫薯Latte。滿滿的紫薯味,跟Latte的味道很搭。不一會英式下午茶塔就到啦~最頂層的是英式鬆餅跟小蛋糕,配上果醬及吉士醬,很好吃!個人很愛吃吉士醬,配著軟軟的鬆餅跟小蛋糕,正!中層的是馬卡龍及小切餅。這個朱古力的小切餅一定要整個吃,裡面全都是朱古力醬,如果切開吃的話全都漏到碟子裡了!底層的是煙三文魚多士、泡芙及烤蝦,味道也不錯。

星期六在北角下班,相約朋友去吃下午茶,行過見到Alize Noire de Nova有三層下午茶,於是決定入去High tea。簡約設計的店面,以木系裝潢帶出溫馨感覺,logo亦有平和之意。店員服務很好,由入門至安排座位都非常熱心。特意為了下午茶而來,當然要點這set。除下午茶外,餐廳也有主食供應。Cookie and Cream冰沙,入口味道濃郁,最讚是有一球雪糕,令整杯飲品更冰涼。紫薯拿鐵,沒想到紫薯的味道比咖啡更重,入口幼滑。今天的重點 - 三層下午茶!第一層是鬆餅、檸檬蛋糕、棉花糖、黑松露朱古力。第二層是芥末馬卡龍、朱古力蛋糕、開心果蛋糕、芝士蛋糕。第三層是煙三文魚酥、火腿泡芙、蝦。黑松露朱古力甜中帶鹹,味道層次特別。鬆餅香氣濃郁,檸檬蛋糕口感綿密。開心果蛋糕不錯,可以吃到粒粒果仁。芝士蛋糕頗濃,建議留到最後一件才吃。馬卡龍偏軟,不夠脆口,有少少失望。不過味道特別,在別的地方沒有見到,喜歡挑戰新口味的人可以一試。

很搞笑。。。
一上枱,看到上面層cream用火槍噴過,再加碟子4邊有些洞洞,
有「密集恐懼症」的人看到一定起雞皮。
講到"雞皮", 筆了面層的cream嚐了一口,同枱的幾位朋友一致認同有雞皮味!LOL

是晚, 友人帶筆者來到這家Alize Noire de Nova 此名字有點難記不知大家有否同感...餐包: 配上兩款包, 都是自家製的, 分別是法包及提子包        提子包外脆內軟南瓜湯: 濃郁的南瓜味, 甜甜的, 不會太溜Salmon Tarter: 底下配搭的烘麵包非常脆                        酸咪咪的salmon他他, 很開胃呢烤小牛鞍配野菌汁($218): middium rare, 技術有待提升                          肉質口感OK, 也夠JUICY                           配菜有整得有水準(羅蔔、露筍、薯仔)烤香蕉蛋糕($48): 飯後當然唔少得something sweet                           這個組合一定冇錯啦! 香蕉蛋糕X Vanilla ice cream                          some sweet some sweet 就是不會太甜啦!  再加上丁點oreo作陪襯=嬴晒囉!

我個人喜歡呢個pudding多d,蛋味好濃,愛麗絲的甜品都要預定,因為全部都係人手好俾心機咁整,而且甜品分量十足,一個人吃有點吃力,所以一個甜品適合兩個人分享。
整體黎講食物質素不錯,全部都好有心思,味道會偏淡同多蔬菜,以健康飲食為主,前菜同主菜食的時候感覺略嫌不夠,不過食到最後會夠飽,男士可能會不夠飽,聽說餐廳每過一段時間就會換新菜式,期待下次的新嘗試。
因為臨近聖誕節,waiter都好主動推介聖誕餐,價錢都幾經濟,值得一試。
題外話:見到隔離台食生蠔好吸引,下次試下先!!

Yeah~~~終於到了My Favourite Time - 甜品時間。
難得小妹好酸又嗜甜,檸檬意式蛋白撻簡直是度身訂製的甜點,似是吃了空氣一般的微焦的蛋白霜,又是酸酸甜甜混合了脆糖粒的檸檬蓉,配合那酥脆的撻皮,怎麼說,愛甜品也喜歡吧!

Ms. Lo have invited me and Mrs. Ng to an interesting restaurant that offer western middle east fusion food which is quite interesting. This restaurant is hidden in a shopping mall which is full of learning center.

The restaurant is located in the end of the 1st floor and is so visible that u cannot accidently get in to another restaurant. The whole restaurant is quite big that capable for at least 40-50 people and there is a dart selection hidden from the restaurant. Interesting idea to mix with.

We all smell the new revocation from the restaurant means that this restaurant is quite new. When we open the menu, a lot of photos and dish poops out but we finally choose the set dinner menu.

The set includes bread+appetizer + daily soup+ main course + drinks with average price HKD1XX-2XX.

The appetizer is grill ox tongue, the surface is crispy with the sweet and sour sauce to drip with and some veggies in the middle, the sauce and veggie decrease the greasiness of the whole dish.

Salmon fillet was good that the surface was as crisp as chips, meat is nice and firm and it doesn’t contain much fish taste that even I can handle it well(I hate cooked salmon in normal). Similar kind of side dish offer with the fish including beans and mushrooms. The mash potato was surprising good, the creamy texture and strong potato favor that create a perfect match with the fish. The salsa sauce was a good match too.

For the Iberico Pork Chop with really thick and its pan fried with bacon around the sides. This was just ok since the meat was quite tough to chewy and the side dish was similar to the fish.

For the handmade pasta with Mussels was ok, the pasta is kinda like shanghaiese noodle texture and is definitely different from the package pasta available in market. The pesto sauce in this dish was no bad.

For the dessert session, we tried banana chocolate tart, lemon tart and rosemary crème brulee. Cream brulee was the best that smell of egg with rosemary was good, I love crunchiness of the caramel surface. Banana chocolate tart base was good but the banana was not mature enough, the whipping cream on the top melt really fast as well but the tart base with chocolate is soooo good.

這道牛舌最有驚喜,因為真的好好味。牛舌看上去好像好乾,但不是!是煎得剛剛好,而且是外脆內嫩,口感很好。配上帶點酸酸地的醬汁,很開胃。

首先手工意大利粉令人有一種期待,因為在現今社會,好少吃到手工做的,多數也是量產型意粉。但是令人帶有點失望的是,這個意粉的口感好像粗麵…粉麵店的那款粗麵。但是香草醬的調味是好味的,而且青口的用量都多。

最貴的一個set dinner, 但是卻一般般。西班牙黑毛豬的豬肉,其實無味,就算點了燒汁都只是一般。

我想香蕉是用了大蕉吧?少了蕉味,而且口感有點實。
而面層的cream 很滑,跟實的大蕉有點不搭。

還以為可以畫上完美的句號,怎料這個檸檬撻一出,立即降grade。
檸檬汁是用了濃縮檸檬而不是新鮮檸檬,所以食落口,
那陣化學品的味道好重。
餐廳的環境是很不錯,但是食物方面就有很多進步的空間,特別是甜品
