於2024年7月25日到訪。Ann Mammai Thai by張秀玲餐廳在荃灣名氣極高,後來得知女兒也在旺角開設一間泰國餐館,難怪名字也差不多。整個餐館的裝修風格很像泰國地道的餐廳,水泥、木、鐵灰風格,再加上當日的光線,隨手拍食物相都恍似去到泰國般陽光明媚。原條酸辣鮮魷魚🦑份量很大,肉質彈牙,配上泰式酸辣醬,酸酸甜甜開胃的菜。路邊雞翼🐓 (很喜歡)一碟有6隻雞翼,性格比很高。第一口感覺像麥當勞的雞翼,但隨即就有很強烈的胡椒香味,且十分鬆脆,很特別。泰式乾炒闊河🇹🇭很自然會拿灣仔的Samsen作對比,雖然顏色沒那般深色,也少了一份鑊氣,但是炒起的雞肉和蛋花都是嫩滑的,配菜也是爽脆,同樣的,帶有淡淡胡椒香氣。芒果糯米飯🥭芒果和泰國的的一樣甜,椰汁的味道也很相近,椰香味很重又不會太甜,美中不足是糯米飯比較硬,且黏在一起,難以分開。龍眼冰🧊(推薦的)龍眼冰帶有少少蜜糖的味道,不算過甜,還有龍眼的清幽香氣。

Ann Mammai Thai by張秀玲餐廳在荃灣名氣極高,後來得知女兒也在旺角開設一間泰國餐館,難怪名字也差不多。

原條酸辣鮮魷魚🦑
份量很大,肉質彈牙,配上泰式酸辣醬,酸酸甜甜開胃的菜。

路邊雞翼🐓 (很喜歡)
一碟有6隻雞翼,性格比很高。第一口感覺像麥當勞的雞翼,但隨即就有很強烈的胡椒香味,且十分鬆脆,很特別。

泰式乾炒闊河🇹🇭
很自然會拿灣仔的Samsen作對比,雖然顏色沒那般深色,也少了一份鑊氣,但是炒起的雞肉和蛋花都是嫩滑的,配菜也是爽脆,同樣的,帶有淡淡胡椒香氣。

芒果糯米飯🥭

叫咗冬陰功海鮮湯河,海鮮炒金邊粉同埋泰式古法燒雞上髀。個冬陰功好咸,唔好飲。感覺差過出面普通嘅泰國餐廳。可能廚師失手啦……而個河粉係未熟,有點咬口囉……好嘅d海鮮都幾足料。炒金邊粉佢無比青檸我,但因為佢都唔似出面咁有花生碎同辣椒粉,所以我無為意啦。而佢個金邊粉都係未熟嘅!仲煙靭嘅!因為怕加料所以我無選擇叫佢整過~最後個雞髀,肉是鞋的。真心失望。不過佢個醬汁係調得幾好嘅。今次食3樣嘢,3樣都係差。唔知咩原因啦,因為佢地其實都開咗一段時間,唔會因為忙而品質keep唔到呱?
