最近見Antoshimo 出了蒸氣坎飯,出開旺角就去試試~似乎蒸氣坎飯跟早前推出的火鍋有點像,只是由明火轉為蒸熟再送給客人旺角分店的蜜桃茶較新蒲崗分店淡我點了豚肉坎飯材料用蒸氣蒸熟,保留了食物的肉汁和更多營養湯飯加2款芝士再拌均吃,味道一流Nosir點了豚肉黑咖喱烏冬,感覺上跟火鍋那款分別不大,如果喜歡熱辣辣可以點回火鍋那個餐前菜豆腐海葡萄配芝麻醬旺角分店沒有甜味道,如果想再抵食點可以去其他分店吧😝

Last time when my family and I were in Langham Place, this Japanese bakery left such a strong impression on us that we decided to pay it a visit. This time, we had been so excited for it and quickly found a spot to sit down. After a quick glance of the informative menu, we decided to order a sea salt caramel fondue set. The atmosphere was relaxing and was exactly what I always look for in a cafe.  As it was around four o'clock, there wasn't any people around. The food came shortly and didn't disappoint us at all. The price was reasonable and the waiters were patient and polite. It was a memorable experience.

Decor:
There were cushioned seats by the walls and was furnished with classic cafe furniture. The background music was soft and soothing Japanese songs and the lights were warm and dim in a good way. 

Service:
The waiter came right after we signaled to order. During ordering, he was patient and was happy to provide any information about the food on their menu. The food arrived at our table faster than I had predicted and didn't make us wait long. 

Taste:
Peach Tea-There was nothing special about the drink. In my opinion, it was a bit too sweet but a mild  peach flavor came through the taste of the red tea. These drinks were included in the Sea Salt Caramel Fondue Set.

Pork Collar Udon-The pork was tender and flavorful. The udon had a smooth texture and was nice to the bite. Certainly a good quality udon, The soup was a miso soup and was also full of flavor. There were two bowls and were included in the Sea Salt Caramel Fondue Set.

Sea Salt Caramel Fondue Set-The set includes a sea salt caramel fondue, a side of tofu, spiced chicken pops, french fries and one of the three deep fried buns which we chose purple sweet potato. Two drinks and two bowls of pork collar udon are also included in the set,
Deep Fried Bun with Purple Sweet Potato Filling-The bun had a crunchy crust and was soft and light inside. The dough had a mild sweetness and was very enjoyable. The sweet potato filling was also satisfying and was almost perfect with a sweetness that is just right. The whole dish was simply full of wow factor. Highly recommended.
French Fries- The french fries had a sprinkle of herbs and were a dipping element in the set. The fries matched with the caramel sauce surprisingly well. I could also taste the original potato flavor along the pleasurable richness of the salted caramel. The whole experience would be alleviated if the fries were fried for a few seconds longer to gain a crispness. That would add to the whole sensory appeal.
Spiced Chicken Pops-Out of all the components of the set, I would say that this one was the most ordinary element. I wasn't able to detect the spices of the chicken but they still had a nice crunch. The chicken pops were also a dipping piece of the set along the french fries and had matched well with the fondue.
Tofu with Salad Dressing- To me, the tofu was delicious and added a freshness to the whole meal. It was smooth and silky and had paired well with the dressing.

Deep Fried Bun with Curry Filling-The bun was again crunchy on the outside and light and soft on the inside. The savory filling was full of flavor and had chunks of meat. It was an unique dish with a lot of wow factor. Highly recommended.

在網上做了些資料搜尋,才得知Antoshimo 在沖繩是一間十分著名的麵包店,而Antoshimo 選擇香港為沖繩以外第一家分店及發展亞太區分店的的總部。 除了有Antoshimo的皇牌6星'繽'以外,餐廳還引入了特色的沖繩料理。我們點了二人套餐,有兩款主食,可選飯或烏冬;另外跟餐有幾款不同的小食,如芝士薯條﹑炸面包等,味道一般。用籠子來蒸豬肉片有點像中國料理的做法,不知道以為自己去了中式餐館呢。這款甜品是餐廳的招牌,炸面包十分香口,外脆內軟口感一流,配上淋了焦糖的雪糕球,一冷一熱實在是味覺的享受。

唐辛子芝寶炸雞 - 微辣都幾惹味。不過覺得炸粉有點厚喔

海葡萄豆腐 - 滑溜的豆腐加上胡麻醬。特別之處是那串海葡萄吧。

岩鹽蒸雞配番茄芝士炊飯

蒸籠入面有菜、南瓜和雜菌,但味道好淡身。即使雞肉也是很淡味的喔,

不過不知道是不是因為這個原因,蒸籠下的「番茄湯」相對超濃,還略為酸了一點

在熄爐時就把握時間將芝士放落飯中 (ง •̀_•́)ง 輕輕攪拌下就成為芝士炊飯!

相對之下 豚梅肉壽喜燒讚岐烏冬 的比較吸引

這個部份其實是豬的肩碩位置~肉質很嫩口且咬落有嚼勁,肉汁也頗豐富

而且感覺這籠的水份好像比較多?配料也很入味耶

(*´∀`) 甜甜的醬油味湯底~不算太濃。烏冬好滑身,夾了數次都夾不到落碗內!!

吃落很煙韌彈牙~但如果湯熱著的應該會更可口

其實吃完剛剛的一堆已經好飽!但甜品竟然還有冬甩也太邪惡了

我覺得海鹽焦糖好像鹽味偏重,某幾啖完全感受到大海的味道 (´Д` ) 但配著雪糕來吃還好

再吃一口香脆內軟的炸冬甩,原來也很夾!還有白玉和紅芋,讓口感和味道更為豐富

The oki - fondue snack combo came first, there were fried chicken, French fries, tofu and their special oki-bun. I dipped the French fries into the cheese and it tasted so good! The fries were crunchy! The fries chicken was a bit dry and hard. The tofu was okay with the sesame sauce. We chose the matcha red bean oki-bun, the bun was full of red bean and tasted sweet. This was quite filling!

While eating the snack, the staff put the steam risotto and udon on the stove for 6 minutes to heat up. When it started beeping, the staff ran over and stopped the stove for us. She placed the first layer on the plate for us and left the risotto and udon on the stove.

My friend's steamed pork tasted better, it had mayonnaise on top so it gave it a bit of flavour. The pork stripes were soft and easy to chew. The udon was okay, not too chewy.

今晚我們去咗旺角朗豪坊嘅「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」食晚飯!我們叫咗沖繩大蝦海鮮炊飯定食「微辣」、黑咖哩豚梅肉讚歧烏冬定食同壽喜燒岩鹽蒸鷄讚歧烏冬定食!上碟嗰陣係用電子鍋載著蒸籠一齊上,而且有埋計時器計時,真係幾細心同唔會令食物煮到過火!沖繩大蝦海鮮炊飯定食「微辣」喺煮完之後,將啲芝士加入去同將啲沖繩燒飯餅炊飯壓碎,再將所有材料撈埋一齊食,感覺都幾特別,蝦肉都幾爽甜彈牙,魚柳嘅肉質都幾嫩滑,但味道就好鹹!黑咖哩豚梅肉讚歧烏冬定食同壽喜燒岩鹽蒸鷄讚歧烏冬定食嘅湯底本來諗著黑咖哩嘅味道會比較濃郁,但竟然同壽喜燒一樣都係偏淡,烏冬嘅麵質都幾軟滑!每款定食都有配海葡萄豆腐,滑溜嘅豆腐配埋海葡萄一齊食,令到口感更加豐富!沖繩紅芋炸包炸得都幾香脆,但唔係好鬆軟,紅芋嘅份量非常少,但都幾軟滑,唔係想像之中咁好食,令我們有比較失望!每位惠顧定食套餐,都可以喺食完之後出去店舖旁邊嘅甜品外賣部攞贈送嘅沖繩海鹽焦糖雪糕一杯,海鹽焦糖嘅香甜味,夾埋雪糕同煙煙韌韌嘅白玉一齊食,真係超好味呀!

因為落大雨的關係同朋友決定係朗豪坊搵食,行左幾層都無咩特別野想食。結果蒞左呢間野試下,因為佢鍋的下層係煮飯上層蒸餸。我揀左人氣推介的岩鹽雞肉辣蕃茄飯,一個餐有飯有前菜有芝士有菜有肉都不錯。上菜時侍應會幫你較timer,等6分鐘就可以加入芝士搞伴就可以食。個飯煮完之後好入味,加排上芝士拉絲,好好味。但菜就寡左少少,所以我將所有配菜都放埋入飯一齊撈。個雞都係一般,主要都係推介個飯。可以一試。
