I seldom go for these local non Michelin omakase
But this has completely blown me away
Have already booked for the next visit as they have new u every month


credit to their seasonal menu pineapple appetiser
Its carb cream paste wrapped with asparagus in the middle
Paired with sliced pineapple
I am not a fan of pineapple but this tastes not like normal pineapple at all
The delicacy and complexity of this dish can definitely compare with some of the Michelin restaurants


this restaurant is underrated and a hidden gem in this neighbourhood

➥『 主菜方面,廚師準備一道烤牛肉並且配以桃肉作為伴碟。牛肉火候控制得宜,未有煮過熟而變老,處理恰當嘅外層鎖住內層肉汁,口感適中,而我較鐘意有咬口嘅情況下,得到一塊有少量較粗纖維同脂肪嘅牛肉,有咬筋質感而唔難咀嚼,再加上桃肉清甜,令整道主菜不油膩,而漿汁帶有微酸甜,令人覺得更開胃。』✔️

➥『聽廚師講係豆腐花甜品,本來預期只有淡豆香味,但廚師指用上薑汁配豆腐花,味道會更香。外觀上面層以牛奶打出黎嘅泡沫加上果仁同一片焦糖,整體更加美觀,而廚師指導,食前將豆花同泡沫混合效果更好。未混合好前心急試一啖,發現薑汁味好重,有少少辣,但當接觸到奶泡,隨之而來嘅係辣味被中和,而口入面只有薑嘅香味同豆花嘅滑,而且配上果仁更有口感,之前提嘅淡豆香味,溶化嘅焦糖發揮調味作用,令整個甜品升級而唔會濟胃,奶泡中和辣味都可見廚師嘅心思。』✔️

My friend took me to dinner at this restaurant for my birthday on May 20th.  Unfortunately the experience was quite undesirable.The restaurant is small but has a complete open kitchen.  Although I am fine with open kitchen concept, there is absolutely no partition between the kitchen and the dinning tables.  The closest dinning table was no more than 3 feet away from the kitchen counter.  The kitchen ventilation was also very poor, and when the chef was cooking the whole dinning area is full of

My friend took me to dinner at this restaurant for my birthday on May 20th.  Unfortunately the experience was quite undesirable.

The restaurant is small but has a complete open kitchen.  Although I am fine with open kitchen concept, there is absolutely no partition between the kitchen and the dinning tables.  The closest dinning table was no more than 3 feet away from the kitchen counter.  The kitchen ventilation was also very poor, and when the chef was cooking the whole dinning area is full of smoke and aroma.  Definitely need to wash and dry clean whatever we were wearing last night.

The ceiling is very low, and one table of four talked quite loud and everyone could hear their conversation in details.  Altogether there were only 10 patrons, 4 tables last night.

There was no menu, and everyone got pretty much the same dishes, except you can have a choice of the main course - beef or fish.  The food was really mediocre.  I didn't know how much it was for a five course set dinner since my friend treated me, I do not believe it worth whatever price the restaurant charged.

The worst of the evening was..my friend ordered a birthday dessert for me, but the restaurant didn't prepare.

Take your chance if you want to try this restaurant.  For sure I will not go back again.
