每次去食日本料理,海膽壽司係必食之選,尋晚去咗呢間嵐喬都唔例外。一開波就叫咗海膽壽司同燒鰈魚壽司,待應一攞到嚟我即時O左咀,點解咁大舊海膽嘅,張相冇做過手腳,真係咁厚肉,最重要係食落口係好鮮甜!不過,美中不足嘅係,自己仲未接受到燒三文魚腩壽司同呑拿魚腩壽司係咁「肥」,但朋友仔就食得好開心。

尋晚同朋友仔去咗呢間日本料理度吹水,唔覺意叫咗碟燒鰈魚壽司,開頭睇個樣都以為係一般,點知食落口嗰啲魚油嘅香味真係一絕,冇俾火燒到乾晒,呢款壽司最後係追加多一碟嚟食。另外,再叫咗特上壽司拼盤,呢個就一般啫,反而刺身拼盤就好鮮甜,份量唔係好多,但以我哋一心想吹水嘅人就最適合不過。

嵐喬日本料理, 位於灣仔謝斐道, 此店是地舖,我們看見門外的彩色廣告推介, 大家贊成今晚在此餐廳晚餐.   餐廳裝修新形日式, 品味舒適, 而不落俗套, 餐廳內座位闊落, 又有吧枱。樓㡳很高, 沒有壓迫感.  店員招呼有禮, 安排座位後, 便立即送上煎綠茶和餐牌, 價錢合理, 我們點了:上刺身:  有油甘魚, 三文魚, 甜蝦, 帶子和蚌肉, 品質新鮮, 肉色鮮明. 蚌肉香滑油甘魚很大塊, 鮮甜可口,  肉質滑.帶子很巨形, 和檸檬的直徑看齊,入囗鮮甜甜蝦夠大隻,肉質爽甜非常新鮮.雜錦天婦羅 炸蝦很新鮮, 肉質爽而彈牙.   青椒, 冬菇也炸得很爽脆, 炸粉不太厚, 無油腻感接著熱的食物送來了..... 牛舌串, 厚切夠大件, 有濃牛味, 醃製調味剛好, 而燒得好香口, 控制火喉做得好和牛牛腩串, 牛肉味濃不像牛腩肉、超值豚肉金菇串,  豚肉包著金菇, 再加火槍燒, 香口, 金菇燒得不錯三文燒飯團,  很多三文鱼粒, 加點日本蘿蔔及芝麻入口好味, 烤得表皮脆, 而內裡的飯仍然軟牛肉和風清湯, 是用生鐵鍋仔上檯, 內有滑肥牛肉多片, 豆腐, 津白, 金菇, 鮮雞蛋, 調味好, 湯底夠濃味.

露荀口感爽爽,
好在有汁燒所以味道唔錯,

反觀雞翼較為失色,去骨雞翼釀滿明太子,賣相沒有漲卜卜的感覺,體積較細,像營養不良似的,略為遜色!

今日天氣好熱,熱到就黎溶咁,搬左office冇耐,都未食勻附近啲餐廳!食晏時候,行行吓見到呢間門面都幾有日本feel嘅餐廳,咪同個同事入去試試。一見到個午餐餐牌有成三十幾款可供選擇,我自己就叫咗一個刺身定食。餐前又送湯又送沙律,個餐前小食係冬瓜,呢啲熱到就黎溶嘅天氣,估唔到佢有個咁夾咁透心涼嘅小食。主菜一上,有三文魚,油甘魚,鯛魚,帶子,同埋蝦。賣相非常新鮮,亦排得好吸引。食落口亦好鮮甜,尤其是三文魚刺身,厚薄適中,肥瘦ok,夠晒肥美,襯埋個飯,真係值得一試,最後仲有綠茶雪糕送,個雪糕都幾好食,啲同事食到差唔多刮爛個碗.....

先黎左個麵鼓湯, 前菜同沙律, 個湯唔錯, 唔會太咸太淡, 我好少會成個湯飲晒.
前菜係魚, 雖然唔知係咩野魚, 但係bite size 少少地咸咸地都幾好味.
沙律係醋沙律, 比起沙律醬, 我比較鐘意酸酸地o既醋,可以開胃d, 再搭埋蕃茄青瓜粟米同沙律菜, 開胃到我又清埋個沙律…

到個主菜上喇!! 就咁睇樣已經覺得唔錯, 睇落都見到幾新鮮!!
海膽隻色好靚, 橙橙地而且份量都唔少。帆立貝都好大粒好厚, 上面仲要有塊青檸, 成件事清新左!
仲有隻蛋, 唔係好假o個隻黃, 亦都唔係好實o個d樣, 甜度ok幾好食!
個甜蝦都好肥美而且鮮甜。吞拿魚油甘魚都新鮮, 仲有兩隻唔知乜野魚, 但係都幾好味, 平時我自己點就唔會點的, 但係今日食左都幾唔錯。
 
食完仲有個雪糕!! 今日係芝麻雪糕, 好重芝麻味好好食!
今日樣樣都好好味好o岩心水, 我由頭盤一直食到尾LOL
之前一日銀座藏人都係一set過, 但係呢度新鮮好多!!!!!

我的遲來生日飯,我朋友話帶我去試下一間連佢都未食過既日本野,我最中意試新野,可以發掘下有無好寶藏 我地去到,都需要等一陣位,不過侍應非常有禮物噤叫我地稍等一陣,不過見到店內好多吉位,我估計好多人都打黎留位先,我相信應該口卑都唔差既。入到去被安排坐bar枱,我地都花多眼亂,最後我地叫左..我地剛剛好夠飽,超級滿足,噤大個女無食過噤鮮味既刺身壽司 下次一定再黎!!

話說名人開店,通常食物都有保證,之前食過阿倫既華星,雖則侍應奇形怪狀,但食物真係沒有欺場的!厚切刺身...整體上味道鮮度尚可,不過SIZE就唔太大,油甘魚相當新鮮, 但有微微魚腥,如果是放題值得一讚,但只限2塊就應該可以更好三文魚水平一般,甜蝦則件頭過細有點像刺身飯的醬汁版,在底座冰盤的藍光映照下,樣子吸引極了,刺身份量也足,雖則有池魚, 海蜇等特色刺身,但青瓜芥末醬太酸,也許是蕃茄箒喱過多吧?另外芥末量不足,如果可以提高一點辣度, 減低酸度可更上一層樓 海膽玉子燒,把蛋漿均勻燒得差不多後,將海膽釀進旁邊位,海膽的味道還好,加上沒有經過調味的玉子,口感味道並重,不過或者是手勢一般,海膽很不均等,吃到最後時, 幾乎已經看不到海膽了而且, MENU的圖片不是釀進中間嗎?怎麼去了側邊...忌廉薯餅只是一般放題質素,沒什麼好提的,和牛豆腐鍋倒是很真材實料,牛肉很鬆軟入味,豆腐滑得好像吃豆花,而且味精很少很少, 難得另外有道菜海膽飯, 魚腩蓉飯唔記得影相,因為魚腩蓉飯一上桌我就知出事,太多生洋蔥了...本人不能吃太多...要勞煩GF幫我慢慢把它們分開,要特別嗚謝但店家的不細心真的要彈彈味道如何?

有點像刺身飯的醬汁版,
在底座冰盤的藍光映照下,
樣子吸引極了,
刺身份量也足,
雖則有池魚, 海蜇等特色刺身,
但青瓜芥末醬太酸,
也許是蕃茄箒喱過多吧?
另外芥末量不足,

忌廉薯餅只是一般放題質素,
沒什麼好提的,
和牛豆腐鍋倒是很真材實料,
牛肉很鬆軟入味,
豆腐滑得好像吃豆花,
而且味精很少很少, 難得


另外有道菜海膽飯, 魚腩蓉飯唔記得影相,
因為魚腩蓉飯一上桌我就知出事,
太多生洋蔥了...本人不能吃太多...
要勞煩GF幫我慢慢把它們分開,
