一直想試他們的烤乳豬。妹妹今天訂了位,6點左右到,先點了乳豬半隻。店內設了燒乳豬的明火烤爐,可以看見師傅即席烤豬。半隻乳豬切了12件,配上無花果醬一起吃,皮脆,肉味好,不膩😋。另外點了無花果咕嚕肉、羊肚菌豆腐,手淋炸子雞,味道都不錯。唯一甜品的紫薯不夠軟糯,有點失望。最欣賞他們的服務態度,有笑容,有禮貌,從容不迫,令用餐體驗加分👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻。下次會帶多啲屋企人試吓他們的叉燒及其他菜式☺️。
