我喜歡食豬多過牛。廣東燒豬和叉燒,絕對不會比高級和牛遜色。今日跟朋友在銅鑼灣食飯,餐廳的燒乳豬和叉燒就讓我一試難忘,加上環境高尚而舒服,非常滿意。即燒無花菓天下第一豬。豬皮超脆,真係脆過薯片;豬肉脂肪少,多肉嫩滑。那個無花果醬更是一流,比平日的海鮮醬更好味。叉燒又係一流,西班牙栗子豬焦香叉燒。外觀非常吸引,色澤光亮,帶少許焦糖色,肉質鮮嫩。此外我們還叫了一道京都文思海蝦花膠羹 。真材實料,鮮甜美味。

朋友曾到訪這間餐廳,說食物質素不錯,所以就把飯局約在這裏。餐廳的地方不大,裝修走簡約中國風,侍應的服務算殷勤有禮,但每枱之間的距離頗近,出入時可能會有些不便。蒜片牛柳粒 ($108)這個前菜有8-10粒牛柳粒,算是餐廳內抵吃之選。牛柳煮得不會過韌,蒜香味濃。西班牙栗子豬焦香叉燒 ($198)這個菜式的賣相賞心悅目,就好像藝術品擺設一樣。叉燒肥瘦適中,每件都塗滿醬汁,亦燒得很焦香。濃湯花膠鮮腐竹浸時蔬 ($188)花膠的份量不少,配合腐竹一起吃,很有咬口。上湯味道也不錯,不會過鹹,為蔬菜添上鮮味。黑松露薏米燒釀乳豬 ($1688)這頓飯的重頭戲,雖要早一天預訂。乳豬燒得很香脆,內裏包裹着的薏米和飯,吸收了乳豬的油香,令人忍不住一口接一口。

來這裏晚飯是不想浪費手上的美食消費券,消費200元就可用一張一百元的消費券 ,不計加一。 因此, 我想用三張消費券 就要點六百元的送菜。 這裏的環境裝修不錯 ,樓底高, 菜色選擇多。 我們點了三個菜, 無花果蜜絲咕嚕肉, 醉雞, 牛肚菌豆腐, 三個菜很快就送到, 味道也不錯, 咕嚕肉炸得剛剛好, 酸酸甜甜, 有無花果及彩椒, 不算太漏。 牛肚菌豆腐, 也是很好的組合, 清新鮮嫩, 仲有幾條好靚嘅菜心。 紅花醉雞也做得不錯, 醉雞浸得很入味。 另外我們點了一碗白飯, 完全是另一個層次, 碗飯又凍又乾又硬 ,完全不符合 這間餐廳的級數, 仲差過快餐店。😶 食到最後, 好似爭少少, 我們又點了一個壽桃, 結果這壽桃是等了二十分鐘, 催了四次, 才姍姍來遲, 真是超出我們期待的服務。👎 這裏的菜式不便宜, 又收取超高的雜費, 茶25蚊一位 ,小食又係25蚊, 即是話兩個人食飯雜費都要80幾蚊, 最後埋單是六百八十幾元, 可以用三張美食消費券, 如果600 幾蚊在這裡食一餐 ,我覺得是太貴了, 用咗消費券, 只需要畀380 都算勉強合格。

But the deep fried stuffed crab shell and crispy fish maw seaweed rolls taste quite terrible, too oily and not “crispy” at all. The advantages are it located in Times Square and on a weekend it won't be hard to find a space. 有點難評價…食物有好有壞,我最喜歡的是叉燒、點心拼盤和 XO 醬炒腸粉。但是炸釀蟹蓋兩食和花膠紫菜卷味道不合格,太油膩而且一點也不“脆”。優點是位於時代廣場,週末不難找位。但如果用時代廣場優惠券來這裡喝茶也是ok的。

成個餐得一個味「鹹」個咩花膠凍又細粒,又鹹,好似飲咗嗒海水咁嘢食(包括花膠)凍的,春卷同叉燒油到嘔茶加咗水都係凍的,要叫佢加熱水先會熱炒飯得菜同味精,飯又硬糖水桃膠得兩粒,有木瓜同雪耳,但好似冇煲過咁,唔出味的好難食Staff 態度差,上菜時竟然唔係放上枱,而係遞俾個食客,笑咗碟叉燒上時話用咗大碟叫我哋自己傳,每人兩舊,好痴線我以為自己去咗冰室不知所謂唔會再幫襯三百幾四百一個人,你俾我都唔會再去!!

1.Roasted Suckling Pig – Fig Paste (Regular) $348
Seeing it roasted just right next to the entrance of the restaurant, you know right away the suckling pig are freshly roasted before serving to you.
Extremely crispy skin with not-at-all salty flavour, succulent texture of the tender meat, coupled with the specially made fig paste – a balanced yet layered flavoured of the most delicate suckling pig! MUST ORDER!

2.Hua Diao Chinese Wine Abalone with Bonito Flakes ( 2 Pieces ) $148
Australian Abalone flavoured with 5-year Hua Diao together with sweet, vinegar and spices – soaked for 3 days to create that strong yet not over-powering winey taste with the additional umami flavour from the bonito flakes – fresh and sweet

3.Fish Maw Soup $78
Couldn’t have enough of the fish maws – soup was very delicious and warming in the stomach. All ingredients were premium and the strong flavour indicated the LONG hours of preparation. Perfect for winter.
4.Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork Fillet – Dried Figs $188
Using local pork with the perfect fat to meat proportion, the fillet was crusty on the outside and super hot and juicy in the inside. Love the organic fig sauce together with the generous portion of meat and vegetable – super appetizing and goes great with rice.
5.Braised Fish Maw · White Mushroom · Chinese Cabbage $198
Luxurious and thick fish maw – braised for 5 hours straight, the fish maw was gluteus and chewy in texture, and golden transparent in colour. Scrumptious combination with the Chinese cabbage and white mushroom. Rather generous portion of fish maw considering the price!
6.Stir-fried Chinese Lettuce in Sizzling Clay Pot with Preserved Shrimp Paste $138
Staff had to fry the lettuce in front of us in the clay pot – extremely hot in serving and never knew lettuce could be so appetising – crunchy in texture and flavourful in taste! (DO NOT MISS)
7.Shredded Fish Maw Jasmine Rice with Abalone Sauce $198
Was quite impressed by the truly GENEROUS portion of fish maw. Every single spoonful of rice was filled with chewy fish maw soaked in delicious abalone sauce. Again, the dish can serve 3-4 people hungry eater – extremely reasonably priced.

Having great quality of food with a reasonable price – will come again! Want to try their dim sums!
