長話短說,本身唔打算寫食評,但佢個叉燒真係不得了,係我食過最好食嘅,所以點都寫少少,其實叉燒好多地方都做得唔錯,我唔識煮餸,但我估其實舊肉本身夠靚,加叉燒醬去燒就已經好好食,市面上其實唔少有名既中菜館,又或者大型酒樓既叉燒皇,甚至出名嘅燒臘舖,其實唔少都做得好好食!但今次呢間既分別係,除左平時果種好食外,佢再加左d口感落去,我估係加左麥芽糖係面再輕輕一燒(我估下only,因為我真係唔識煮餸),個面有脆嘅感覺,但又唔係平時叉燒燒燶咗果d碳!個口感好正好好味!我比個100分佢!btw, 性價比好高,價錢好平!

If you are feeling of treating your family to something more special, you could definitely opt out for the Business Lunch Menu that comes with Double Boiled Soup, Australian Lobster and many more fancy items 💖
They are also doing a June promotion for dinner - if you reserve a seat for more than 2 people you could get 鰹魚花醉鮑魚

我們一行七人到粤藝館飯聚,酒樓面積不大,但環境都適合大夥兒聚餐。是次點了以下菜式:■ 即燒無花果天下第一豬(半隻) $698 乳豬件皮脆嫩滑■ 蟹肉粟米羮 (4碗) $352 羮夠足料,清甜夠味。■ 金沙鳳尾蝦鍋巴 (2碟) $576 鍋巴香脆可口,鳳尾蝦充滿蛋黃鹹香,令人食指大動。■ 無花果密絲咕嚕豚肉 $198 正常水準,但沒有特別驚喜。■ 瓦罉啫啫唐生菜 $158 蝦醬令唐生菜更惹味,唐生菜亦夠爽。■ 薑汁芥蘭 $158 芥蘭鮮嫰夠甜。■ 魚湯金銀海鮮泡飯 $228 泡飯湯底不吸引,比較遜色。整體來說,大部份菜式合格,但如沒有信用卡折扣優惠便略嫌貴了些。

茶碗蒸最重要就係口感幼滑,裏面材料非常豐富,上面重點綴左帶子同埋蟹肉,口感一流,成個蛋好鮮甜。

食物質素味道還可以的只是天下第一🐽,未如這級數最失望的是服務質素用餐期間,服務員竟然走來問我們有那道菜未上,那道菜已完成,真奇怪這樣的餐廳可以這樣的沒系統當吃完了一道菜,我和朋友在聊天中,服務員也可以在我倆中間伸手直接收走餐具,一句說話也沒說,也太沒禮貌了,感覺真的是高級點的酒樓般,失望

茶碗蒸上面鋪左滿滿嘅蟹肉和厚身又大隻嘅帶子。蛋漿和秘製上湯一齊蒸煮,口感幼滑又細膩,簡單但係好考廚師嘅對火喉嘅控制。


牛肝菌東坡肉
食得東坡肉,一定要揀肥瘦適中嘅豬肉,仲要經過長時間燉煮令到醬汁滲入去東坡肉入面。金黃色嘅東坡肉,口感軟腍,肥而不膩。


上湯野菌田園蔬菜
廚師用左多款野菌和新鮮蔬菜煮成嘅上湯,湯身清甜又有菌香味。


金沙海鮮炒飯
炒飯選用咸香嘅鹹蛋黃和鮮蝦、蟹肉和魷魚等多款海鮮煮成,估唔到咸香和鮮味都可以咁夾。


雲呢拿雪糕配釣魚臺酒
雪糕配酒唔係新鮮嘢,但係配搭白酒就好新鮮。雲呢拿嘅香氣同臺釣魚臺酒嘅酒香達致一個平衡,減輕口腔甜味,另外酒味在口中久久不散,令人再三回味。
