好耐冇食雞煲,見隨變都有唔少人推介,主打麻辣好似幾吸引,就黎食下。隨變麻辣雞煲(半隻) $208叫左微辣但辣度相當強勁,麻香感夠刺激,雞肉質頗嫩滑,可惜半隻唔太夠喉,如果多啲唔同部位食下就更正。叫麻辣雞煲火鍋當然唔少得有蔬菜減膩,叫左娃娃菜($38) 同金菇 ($38),新鮮又爽口,索盡湯底既精華。牛舌心串燒 $68叫左小辣味道剛剛好,口感帶嚼勁,又鎖住肉汁。椒鹽豆腐 $58冇諗過咁大一碟,同朋友食完之後都覺得好飽。椒鹽鹹香突出,豆腐外脆內軟,口感幼滑富豆香。

最近去咗銅鑼灣依間「隨變火鍋」打邊爐,依度嘅雞煲價錢同坊間嘅差唔多,酸菜魚煲份量正常,但略嫌價錢偏貴、定價比較進取。沸騰酸菜魚煲(單點$338),小辣,本身朋友擔心辣度Order中辣會太辣,所以Order咗小辣,但小辣嘅湯底飲落完全唔辣,1分辣都無,所以建議各位可以Order中辣起跳,魚片肉質嫩滑,味道鮮甜,食落啖啖肉,內有大量酸菜、蜂巢豆腐、腐竹、芽菜、菊花瓣、芫荽、指天椒、花椒,湯底飲落味道酸溜。西班牙黑豚肉(單點$138),肉質肥瘦適中,肉味濃厚。稻庭烏冬(單點$28),口感煙韌。阿華田迷你雪米糍(跟餐$0),阿華田味道濃香。
