最後要讚一下他們的服務態度改進了不少,老闆上次可能太忙,面口冷淡,但這晚幾次主動過來談上一兩句,女侍應更是熱情有禮,做得好是要鼓勵讚揚的❤️要好好保持啊✌️😜

一家以野生菌为特色的云南菜,还没到晚饭牛肝菌就已经卖完,点了服务员推荐的虎掌菌,口感不鲜,像晒干后泡发的,所谓的虎掌菌炒三丝,完全是一盘炒豆芽,另有少量肉丝和火腿。另外点了小锅米线也完全不正宗,肉沫不入味,可见不是提前卤好的,而且也没有红烧肉。云腿大饼看不到云腿,只有一点青葱,香酥程度ok,但非常油腻,价格偏贵(一个饼80多块?)唯一一道还说得过去的菜是杂菌炒牛肉,味道ok但是菌很少,最多的蔬菜是西葫芦,那为啥不叫西葫芦炒牛肉算了?以后再不会来,失望至极。

This was a tofu pudding and minced pork rice noodles ($45). There was no soup and it was literally minced pork with tofu.  We added $6 for mushrooms so it felt a bit less like eating baby food. I wasn't really sure how I felt about this. It looked horribly unappetizing but it actually tasted good. Mixing it up, the tofu developed into a sauce. The noodles were smooth and chewy. The minced pork was sweet and savory.

阿詩瑪,是雲南女神的意思,走進太古這間餐廳,環境裝潢充滿著雲南民族色彩,十分之吸引眼球。欖菜肉鬆炒四季豆,四季豆炒得爽脆、入味,舌頭慢慢滲出欖菜肉鬆的香味。酸菜煮魚,原條鮮魚以酸菜烹調,魚肉嫩滑又非常之惹味。雲南過橋米線,米線的軟硬度剛剛好,湯底鮮甜帶點微辣,食出雲南的正宗風味。炸饅頭,饅頭炸得色澤金黃,外脆內軟,沾煉奶吃很匹配。最後甜品來一個玫瑰冰晶粉,清甜可口,口感有點像食啫喱很清新,恰好清清味蕾啊。
