試過幾間Blabksheep旗下的餐廳,品質一向有保障,今次首嚐Associazione Chianti,抱有相當大的期望,果然不負所望,表現出色。每次經過門口都被鮮紅色的招牌吸引,一入去兩旁的展示雪櫃,一塊塊熟成好的牛扒令人食指大動。今次只有兩個人,因此不能點太多菜式,加上第一次來,只點了一個頭盤、招牌T-bone steak和一個甜品。首先奉上餐廳提供的蔬菜條同麵包。除了常見的青瓜、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄仔外,還有香港比較少有的red radish、Chicory(苦白菜),配上自家製醬汁和橄欖油,有助去除蔬菜的草青苦澀。作為steakhouse 的前菜,幫我們這班食肉獸抵銷些少罪惡感。另外,麵包上碟時還是暖的,反應比較兩極,蒜蓉味十分香,也混合了Prosciutto,鹹香可口,不過包體濕潤,口感相對煙韌,如果喜歡鬆脆麵包,可能不對味。Prosciutto e MeloneOff menu的是日頭盤,不會出錯的組合,鹹甜味道平衡,蜜瓜單吃反而太甜,配上火腿剛好中和。不過由於的不喜歡薄荷葉,因此對我而言有點突兀。Bistecca Alla Fiorentina1kg的T-bone 佛羅倫斯,三

首先奉上餐廳提供的蔬菜條同麵包。除了常見的青瓜、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄仔外,還有香港比較少有的red radish、Chicory(苦白菜),配上自家製醬汁和橄欖油,有助去除蔬菜的草青苦澀。作為steakhouse 的前菜,幫我們這班食肉獸抵銷些少罪惡感。

1kg的T-bone 佛羅倫斯,三成熟,沒有過熟的情況,這塊牛扒的生熟度剛好。無疑是香港數一數二的牛扒,有別於和牛的油香滿溢,肉味濃,肉質鮮嫩多汁,外皮焦香十足,肥瘦均勻,絕對是無懈可擊。左邊牛柳右邊西冷,通常我比較喜歡西冷部位,不過今次反而牛柳比較出色,這塊牛柳的肉質非常柔軟嫩滑,雖然沒有西冷的油香,但肉味更加突出。

蒜味濃郁,有淡淡的檸檬酸,有助減輕牛扒的油膩。

因為人數有限,今次沒有點意粉,下次有機會會再去試他們的意粉和其他牛扒。

題外話:如果慶祝生日,餐廳員工會圍住你唱意大利文的Happy Birthday Song,相當歡樂。

2022年so far最开心一餐出现之前说过一直没有很爱黑羊下面的餐厅 感觉主要是pay for the vibes not the food 很开心终于被pia pia打脸lip一直想在搬回欧洲前搞一次good steak dinner 我们4个人选了两个2人份的T-bone 其实饭量正常一点的人呢完全可以4个人share一个2人份 哈哈哈哈哈 肉质很好 完全bring me back to Florence 太想念了 虽然价格喜人但是心甘情愿 sides只选了土豆跟菠菜 没有点appetizer 完全是come for the meat的架势餐前送了面包 很好吃 样子是会很蓬松的样子 但其实很firm 有sourdough的口感 跟着olive oil跟蔬菜也是超级good quality 就放到嘴里就会笑 哈哈哈哈 酒基本都是Chianti的 选了manager推荐的一款2015年偏dry的红酒 喜欢总的就是 爱了爱了 第一家会想要回来的black sheep出现

跟住就係食牛柳 食第一啖已經wow咗 對比起以前食過嘅牛柳好明顯係超級嫩 高一個級數🫡中間部分明顯係好粉嫩連埋嗰種好似真係炭烤嘅味道食喺上嚟係好頂癮

一直留意開呢間餐廳與別不同嘅係佢哋用上12-14日dry aged 就係要特登唔切走風乾嘅表面 形成freezer burn嘅狀態 連埋乾表面一齊加調味再去烤先做到理想嘅效果 保留到外面crispy入面juicy爆曬汁 但係因為烤完之後表面有d燒焦有幾舊會帶有少少苦味但係加埋佢哋嘅醬汁帶有些微嘅甜味可以中和返 連我平時食牛鍾意食原汁原味嘅都忍唔住要加d汁🤭

Came here for lunch, but was unimpressed...mains were just so so, but the sides were quite tasty. First time being disappointed with blacksheeprestaurants. We ordered their meat set which wasn't cheap, but I don't think it is worth that price. The pasta though was good and chewy. Nice texture !The tiramisu was also very yummy!

We ordered their meat set which wasn't cheap, but I don't think it is worth that price. The pasta though was good and chewy. Nice texture !

The tiramisu was also very yummy!

🌟[Bistecca alla Fiorentina🥩🐮]($1488) 為左留肚/荷包食呢個鎮店之寶,同埋得兩個人,所以冇力再試pasta, 食完小前菜後直入呢個主題 - Beefsteak in Florentine style, Bistecca乃指位於牛腰中央到肋骨部份位置,即是大家講嘅‘T-bone’, 餐廳用上USDA Super Prime Black Angus Beef, 12-14日dry aged, 店員會係你面前將大大件嘅T骨切件,塗上香草醬汁,據說‘佛羅倫斯大牛扒’早係14-15世紀文藝復興時期已經出現,傳統會用上名為Chianina嘅牛種,直接以像木頭烤熟,表面只加上鹽巴同欖欖油調味, 據說之後到左17/18世紀出現嘅Chianti酒區🍷都係為左配合Bistecca alla Fiorentina呢道菜式🤔
認真每一件肉都係超級厚🤤外面經風乾嘅焦香風味,入面則係粉嫩嘅肉質, 個人認為可以叫店員俾碟鹽你上面再加少少,食落更具肉味更滋味😋 而食肉扒,點可以唔叫上紅酒🍷, 係Tuscan主題餐廳裡食,梗係叫返杯Chianti紅酒(另外餐廳佈置都充滿以Chianti酒樽造成嘅蠟燭🕯️臺,非常有心思)Chianti酒主要特色乃高酸度,高單寧,配上🥩食不單能減低油膩感,更能提升兩者風味👍🏻

[White Negroni $168]飲到唔夠喉最尾再叫上杯經典cocktail - Negroni, 但係呢款亦係創新嘅style, 摒棄了傳統嘅campari, 而改用上 Suze 一款較gentle 嘅liqueri, 係由一個英國bartender Wayne Collins 係2001年破格調出呢款風格較refreshing, gentle嘅Negroni, 作為餐後酒,少甜,微苦澀又帶點清爽非常不錯.

同事推薦了這家餐廳,我們訂位本來是8:00,提前一天告知我們被改到了8:30,然後我們8:30到了之後等到9:00,簡直是到了宵夜的時間。裝修的黑燈瞎火,看菜單都看不清,環境非常吵。食物是三星米其林餐廳的價錢,服務的態度倒是很好,但是感覺就是忙不過來。我們點了招牌的dry age牛排味道還可以,但也沒有到令人驚豔的程度,我個人覺得它的意粉做的很好吃,但是每份的分量很小,祇有100g,但是要收hkd230, 跟它的價錢相比起來,覺得不是很值得。

Previously bought their dried age steak home and turned out to be really great. So this time we came for dine-in. Immersed in a true Florentine atmosphere exactly like what we had in Florence a few times, the steak also did not disappoint, the meaty flavour different from Japanese beef which is more marbled, this gives you the true beef taste and still tender in the centre. Actually all the handmade pasta not to be missed too, Al dente definitely and love the Italian way of seasoning.
