中午到「八不」吃壽喜燒,十分有驚喜!餐廳以木暖色系裝潢,牆上的壁畫和擺設都充滿日本風,環境舒適乾淨,幻想自己身處於日本吃一頓寫意的午餐。「肉香の追求」和牛封門柳和牛封門柳套餐包含野菜拼盤和日本雞蛋。3SRF美國和牛封門柳的油花很漂亮,店員先在鍋面上均勻搽上牛脂,落燒汁,然後加入洋蔥煎煮以增添香氣。接著,我們放上和牛封門柳。封門柳肥瘦均勻,肉質鬆軟多汁,牛肉的香味非常濃郁。在壽喜燒汁中煎煮,肉質鮮甜無比。我們將肉蘸入蛋液中一起食用,口感滑嫩。和牛封門柳本身已經非常香,再搭配濃郁的壽喜燒汁一起燒烤,食下去仍然保有濃郁的牛肉風味。野菜拼盤份量很多,種類豐富。有京蔥、金針菇、香菇、南瓜、豆腐、小白菜、娃娃菜和薯粉。我們吃完壽喜燒後,加入清湯再煮蔬菜,所有蔬菜吸收了壽喜燒的湯汁,甜甜的,味道更加美味。網燒裙邊帶子帶子非常嫩滑且有彈性,入口即化。帶子肉質鮮嫩,帶子的邊緣經過燒烤後變得稍微焦脆,入口後很有層次感。
