手感:
因為厚身,下刀要比力,

肉質纖維很實在,幸好五花有脂肪潤澤,容易咀嚼。

味道: 
為了感受鹿兒島的真~豬味,所以沒有沾過多的醬汁。
豬五花,有肉味也有油香。
