朋友說到想吃韓國菜亦想吃一點Fusion菜式,我一想到便是大家耳熟能詳的這間餐廳Banchan and Cook,這間餐廳更正在提供萬聖節限定菜單。我和朋友選了南瓜八爪魚蛋包飯,這裡的蛋包飯很多顧客會選擇的,有沙律在旁。適逢萬聖節的到來,店舖在蛋上也加上了南瓜頭的裝飾。此外,在旁亦有烹調好的有南瓜,先說蛋包飯的蛋嫩滑加上炒飯在內,每一口配有滑蛋,口感層次分明。八爪魚用韓式醬醃製再煮,完全不韌。不得不得提店員會先問顧客要否打卡才切開蛋,如果喜歡打卡可考慮錄一個story,來到韓式餐廳必定要選傳統紫菜包飯才能滿足自己吃韓國菜的感覺。牛肉、青瓜、蘿蔔及炒蛋份量十分多,餡料比起一般其他餐廳更多,份量可供3-4食用。不得不說的是黑炸醬無骨炸雞,吃起來很惹味,醬汁蓋滿炸雞,號稱醬王的朋友不要錯過,薯條在底也十分新鮮,大家不妨把薯條沾點炸醬汁,倍感滋味。由於炸雞是無骨的,啖啖是肉很適合懶人即小編進食,外脆內滑,而黑炸醬肉味也很香口。飲品方面選了一杯應節的橙色怪魔沙冰,百香果味混合香橙奶,一點也不流的感覺,朱古力配沙冰感覺很好,酸酸甜甜也很開胃。朋友點的綠茶鮮奶,茶味濃度適中,奶味也香滑的。最後便是韓

最後便是韓式雜莓牛角包高夫這個甜品,糖醬配上高夫,半脆口感覺很容易入口,加上時令紅桑子及士多啤梨,酸酸口感配有忌廉的牛角包高夫,實在滿足,為整個晚餐畫上一個完整的句號。
