品味價錢差唔多係屯門法包2倍,cp value嘅話屯門法包勝🎖️
不過屯門法包位置對港島九龍人士黎講唔太方便🥲

配料就唔多講,睇圖便一清二楚,
店員有問要唔要加辣,咁當然要啦!同埋多笎荽
先講包體,摸上手微温,法包好輕,完全唔係外國法包果種都有重量,唔講求有冇氣孔,而係「鬆」、「脆」,一啲煙韌口感都冇,連出名嘅越南餐廳都唔會食到呢口感,可以話「法包」昇華左成個包連埋配料。

法包外脆但唔會有温度,真心厚肝醬,但肝醬唔算香,感覺溝了很多不同的肉入醬內。包內很多料,但酸蘿蔔唔夠而肉偏鹹味重,所以都係要買定杯茶飲。呢個包嘅價值有1/3係比舖租嘅,所以未試過的話,一次便夠了。另外服務我比一星係因為向街窗口係取食物,但又會話可以落單先,之後入舖內比錢,但舖內又另外有人排隊比錢,好似比人有打尖感覺。我企係門口等食物時都比人問了兩次,感覺混亂。

十分鐘意食法包,基本上香港九龍法包大部份都有探過店。唔一定次次寫食評,但因為本身呢間係其他網媒報道講到好勁,滿心期待,食咗兩次之後覺得都係要寫。第一次食左coldcut ,酸菜係ok,肝醬ok,肉鬆偏咸偏甜,個包係外脆唔太硬。但係coldcut好少只有簿薄幾片,食完個包飽左,但因為唔夠肉好似到喉唔到肺咁,并不滿足。加左$18斑蘭茶冇咩味第二次去,諗住試pork stew豬腩加錢加coldcut。 哥哥仔叫我唔好、話因為個包會太大。好啦,試返佢原本豬腩肉,咩都冇改冇要求加減。今次冇理佢肉多肉少了,因為好咸!真係好咸同好重味精。成個包我一邊食,飲左500ml水要再飲都幾失望下。

食法包最怕硬梆梆,而呢個喺外脆內鬆軟,唔乾同唔會鎅口,法包質素比其他舖頭出色。整體成個味道好夾,肝醬少少鹹味,加埋甜酸白紅蘿蔔絲,好清新,如果可以酸多少少就更好。


值得一讚係店員見到我哋兩個人叫一個包,主動幫我哋鎅開兩份👍🏻雖然價位偏高,但確實有佢嘅質素,嚟開灣仔值得過嚟買一個試吓😋

早聞這新開的越食小店,這天路過,正好一試。店子只售外賣,在店內柯打完便到門口等待。排隊時見到店子小小,卻放滿一層層的法包及各種餡料,又一次見識到精明地善用空間!等候的時間亦不太長,未幾食物已到手了。衝著法包而來,小人的越式法包名為品味五花腩,餡料當然有炆五花腩,此外有海量的芫荽、青蔥、酸瓜、甘荀絲、肝醬、還有撒了些炸豬皮,汁醬是蛋黃醬。一口咬下,法包極之香脆,中間除了蛋黃醬外,更塗有大量肝醬!五花腩軟腍鬆化,一點也不肥膩。蔬菜的混合相當恰宜,爽口鮮美,芫荽的出現更帶出清香,滋味無窮!越式春卷一客四條,又長又肥美。春卷皮勁酥脆,豬肉與粉絲餡十分惹味。小食跟有生菜、金不換以及辣椒魚露。把春卷沾些魚露,加少少金不換,再用生菜包起整捲送入口中,超級美味,無法停口!相當出色的越南街邊小食!

越式春卷一客四條,又長又肥美。春卷皮勁酥脆,豬肉與粉絲餡十分惹味。小食跟有生菜、金不換以及辣椒魚露。把春卷沾些魚露,加少少金不換,再用生菜包起整捲送入口中,超級美味,無法停口!

差唔多下午2點去到餐廳,好受歡迎有少少人龍,大概要等20分鐘,就食到外脆內軟嘅越式法包,以前食法包有被𠝹口的體驗,今次沒有非常好食我食的係五花腩法包,長度約長過手腕少少,餡料醬料配搭無得輸(*除了當中的炸豬皮),五花腩被撕開一絲絲配醃酸蘿蔔加上䔳茜(可走䔳茜),一大啖咬落去,微熱外脆內軟,即焗即食就有這個好我唯一的意見是,當中加入的炸豬皮,我猜係原意增加口感多樣性,就似食蛇羹會加蛋散片咁,我認為職員要篩選下,因為炸豬皮的邊邊角角令到法包變得咯口,原本咀嚼時全是軟身的食物,好似突然咬到小石頭的感覺,希望有所改善。法包菜單兼顧得好,有雞肉及素食款式可選,可惜小食類方面,可能剛開店,還未有足夠的儲備,下次會試素食款的。限量法包,名𣎴虛傳,不夠下午2點半,法包售罄。用僅餘嘅lunch time特登過來一試,好彩我能食到。

灣仔最近新開咗一間地道越南風味Banh Mi 嘅小店, 非常喜歡越南法包嘅我,當然會即刻走去試一試。 店舖面積唔算大, 但店舖佈置得幾有特式。看看餐牌上的介紹, 除了主力越南法包外, 另會有些越南小食, 撈檬等食物可選擇。 我要了一份 Cold Cut Sandwich ($78), 都要等咗大概二十分鐘, 我 order嘅越式法包終於整好。法包份量算正常飽滿。包內各樣配料食材看上去夠地道亦非常豐富,驚喜是包內用上多種不同款式扎肉,肉鬆等, 食起來味道口感非常地道,非常豐富。 但我個人略嫌饀料醬汁調校過於濕潤。另外麵包相對包内食材嚟講就有㸃失色,麵包內層能做到鬆軟, 但外層就完全唔酥脆。 影響咗成份越南法包嘅風味。從師傅在工作枱上製作法包過程, 以至對包內饀料食材所選用嘅要求, 完全感受到店主對製作地道越南法包嘅誠意。

法包份量算正常飽滿。包內各樣配料食材看上去夠地道亦非常豐富,驚喜是包內用上多種不同款式扎肉,肉鬆等, 食起來味道口感非常地道,非常豐富。 但我個人略嫌饀料醬汁調校過於濕潤。另外麵包相對包内食材嚟講就有㸃失色,麵包內層能做到鬆軟, 但外層就完全唔酥脆。 影響咗成份越南法包嘅風味。

The banh mi bread tastes so crunchy and is the same as that in Vietnam. The fillings are also authentic with excellent taste and perfect amount of ingredients. Theyalso tailor made me a banh mi que that is not on the menu upon my request! It brings me back to Vietnam! Really appreciate it. The ca phe sua da is also authentic! If you want to have a real banh mi, you can’t miss this place!
